Eight Constructicons In Transformers 2?

Two new articles on USA Today and Yahoo! Movies suggest that Transformers 2 will feature a total of eight Constructicons, seven of which will form Devastator. The articles are part of a first look at some of the Transformers 2 robotic cast. This would be the first official word on many of the characters that we figured out over time between set and toy pictures but news to the general public. One change is Wheelie is being officially cast as a Decepticon and the addition of "The Doctor" also called Scalpel according to the Hasbro toy packaging and has the alt mode of a microscope. Below are excerpts.
Ravage and Soundwave
"In the spirit of 'more than meets the eye,' Ravage isn't just lethal because of his sharp teeth," says screenwriter Alex Kurtzman. "There's actually another skill set Ravage has that didn't exist before, so there's going to be a surprise for fans." ...his role will be similar to the 1980s cartoon and Hasbro toy — the ultimate spy.

Ravage doesn't turn into anything. But Soundwave will appear, again serving as an evil communications expert but this time in the form of an orbiting space satellite.

And Ravage, as before, won't speak like the other Transformers. "We wanted to stay true to the idea that Decepticons who take visual clues from beasts maintain that," says Orci. "It would be strange to have a talking jaguar, or a scorpion with an English accent."

Insecticons
"We have big guys, some little guys. We have a lot of littler ones, too. Little weirder ones," Bay says. Like the Insecticons, which were giant bugs in the original series and Hasbro toy line, but are now tiny creepy-crawly infiltrators.

Jetfire
As in the original, this fighter plane crash-landed on Earth a long time ago, and he will become a reformed Decepticon now fighting for the humans. His alternate form is the SR-71 Blackbird, the outdated but still-sleek Cold War spy plane.

"He's old, craggy, forgetful ... doesn't work very well. Can't transform very well, because he's very geriatric. They get stuck with him a lot," Bay says. "He knows the plan of the bad guys, but he forgets all the good parts of the plan."

The Twins
"Some of the junior Transformers are just dumb," Bay says with a laugh. "But it's great for kids because they're like the Little Engine That Could. They're (screw)-ups, but they get really heroic at the end."

Arcee
Arcee is the only female and turns up as Megan Fox's hot-pink motorcycle. Co-screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci say she was in an early draft of the first movie. "But we felt we needed to win the audience over before asking for that suspension of disbelief: a feminine alien robot," Kurtzman says.

The Fallen
The Fallen is an ancient robot, sort of the Transformers' version of Lucifer. He's one of the original robot aliens, and his defiance and arrogance led to his banishment into another dimension. The screenwriters say that The Fallen holds the key to life on both Earth and Cybertron, the Transformers' home planet.

The Doctor
A smaller, but no less malevolent Decepticon is known as The Doctor — a spider-like droid that transforms into various implements of torture and has a not-so-nice encounter with star Shia LaBeouf.

Devastator
These seven robots — Scavenger, Scrapper, Hightower, Longhaul, Rampage, Overload and Mixmaster — transform into construction machinery, but also link up with one another to form one gigantic robot stomper named Devastator.

"He's made of vehicles designed to build, and he turns into is someone who loves to destroy," Orci says. "He is an agent of absolute chaos."

"Spielberg saw it and said, 'This is (expletive) awesome!' " Bay says, and adds: "It's always nice when you can make him swear."
Devastator $100 versionMissing from the list is Megatron, who Bay has already verified is returning. Of interest is the bit about Devastator merging with seven Constructicons, one of which is not Demolisher (the one wheeled guy in the trailer busting through a bridge).

The 2009 Toy Fair pictures and display along with the preview on The Today Show suggested that the toy was a combination of six constructions:
Demolishor - red O&K/Terex RH400 Hydrolic Mining Excavator (torso)
Scrapper - yellow Caterpillar 992G Front Loader (right arm)
Long Haul - green Caterpillar 773B Dump Truck (right leg)
Mix Master - silver Mack Cement Mixer (head)
High Tower - yellow Kobelco CK2500 Truss Crane (left arm)
Rampage - yellow Caterpillar D9L Bulldozer (left leg)

Apparently this is wrong. Instead of Demolisher we have the addition of Scavenger and Overload whose alt modes remain unknown. Suffice it to say I am a bit confused. Either the Toy Fair displays were missing two Constructicons (why do that when the Fairs purpose is to sell a line to vendors?) or USA Today and co have some of their information confused ("The Doctor" vs Scalpel). I guess things will get cleared up a bit more once the toys get released.

Thanks to all the site readers for sending in the links.

Update:As pointed out in the comments, the Toy Fair pictures did show one of the toys with the word "SCVNGR" which even then was identified as Scavenger but dismissed as an error or early production model. Clearly, instead there are two variations of the Hydraulic Mining Excavator as part of the Constructions. One is Demolisher seen early in the film (and now I assume meets a bad end) and the other is Scavenger which helps form the torso of Devastator.

Best guess for Overload is the Komatsu HD465-7 Articulated Dump Truck TFW2005's source provided way back in October. The other six were right so small leap to assume the last is correct too. My best guess in this scenario is Overload is the lower torso that the legs connect to and Scavenger is the upper that the arms and Mixmaster attach to.

Update 2: Oops got my construction vehicles confused. Probably going to do that a few times with the Constructicons.

  2. Well... If you look at the red excavator that is part of Devastator in the toy fair photos, it says "SCVNGR" on the side...

  3. No Barricade?

  4. By the way, I watched a screening of Xmen origins and the music(the theatrical, suspsenseful stuff) was virtually the same as in the first transformers. To me, i thought it was kind of a rip off, and made the movie slightly less enjoyable, but it was still a good movie. Do transfans like the idea of music being practically ripped from such a recent transformers movie?

  5. I bet Sideswipe beats the crap out of barricade..

  6. Personally i really hope there is only 1 Excavator transformers otherwise people are going to get confused.
Well Demolisher was originally going to be called Scavenger so they have simply changed his name. However we will still have the whole Demolisher/Scavenger problem like we had with the Brawl/Devastator problem in the first film.
I am still unsure about what this will mean in the film. Ravages new power is rumored to be some kind of Bioplague or Bioweapon. Probably he can spray Knockout gas or Acid from his tail.
Humm Wheelie is listed as a Decepticon. The Decepticons seem to have a lot of spy robots this time such as:
Alice - A pretender who stalks sam
Wheelie - Who has been with the autobots
Sideways - A courier for information and weapons
Ravage - Called a super spy.

    Dear, TFLive

There is actually only 7 constructicons however one of them doesnt form Devastator. Overload and Scavenger Replaced Demolisher. However the only reason the Toyfair said that is so they dont get annoyed by fans because of them messing up the names again.

    From, Scorpio

Remember that first drawing of Devastator that you posted?? that looked like a blue print? if you look at that there's one that's used as the "back" of devastator.. could that be it?

  11. SOUNDWAVE WILL FLY---as a 'space cruiser'

check the back of the toy---you'll find the answer my friend :)

OVERLOAD will be a yellow 'backhoe'

  13. To the guy/girl askin bout SoundWave....

It looks like Ravage is being 'ejected' so that would make me think SW is on land and he is the cruiser like that other poster above me said.

  14. Anynymous one, Soundwave don't have Earth mode. Try to understnad it! By the way, that list doesn't definitely contain all of the characters. I think it's only main character list. Chromia and those other female Autobots are confirmed by trailer. So Arcee can be only their combine mode, but why the names of the sisters were not told in that list.

  15. Damn.. Scorp is right.. Deceps have many spy bots... Why cant they have Counterpunch in the mix as well??

  19. I wouldn't want to say this, but you're starting to sound like an idiot, Strandth. How ravage could be a Pretender?

    ReplyDelete
  20. To Anon 6:17 AM:

Why is it so hard to believe? They said a while ago that Ravage _is_ a biological weapon. Maybe Ravage can produce skin and reformat his/her body to a human form underneath the proteinbased skinlayer.
Also, the thing crawling on the hood of the car with Sam inside looked like an early draft of Ravage which they can easily change to the new one using CGI.
I don't find the Ravage-Pretender theory impossible at all.

Oh, and the "idiot" part was rather unneccesary. If you can't discuss like a sane person without stupid comments like that, you should crawl back to your hole and be quiet.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I don't see any connections between Alice and Ravage. This is my mind about this and it can be changed only by movie itself.

  22. The Twins sound dumber & dumber every time I read something about them. Also not really crazy about how they describe jetfire. Would have loved to get a profile of Sideswipe; he looks KILLER!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. anon 8:11, I agree with you totally. The twins sound like comic relief and Jetfire is a joke. How can jet old and confused when The Fallen is older than him, than all of them. He should be called the Fallen because he is fallen apart. how do explain aging robots with canes. Transformers themselves are thousands of years old.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I just dont see how the autobots are gonna handle all of this ... you know Starscream is gonna be one bad dude b/c we saw how easy it was for him to take out Ironhide and Ratchet at the same time in Mission City in the first film ...The Fallen... A robot who can f'in teleport like a bolt of lightning and of course the most pissed off of all of them Megatron with super upgrades from the cube! The Autobots better have something up their sleeves... And I like the thought of the twins but of course i am a twin myself so i may be a little biased... And yes Sideswipe does look killer..

    ReplyDelete
  25. To Anon 8:11 AM:
I agree with you totally on the Jetfire-part. I was hoping for a bitter, focused, angry war veteran, not a crippled, senile, old "get off my lawn you hooligans!"-geezer with a moustache.
Hopefully we will see more of determined Jetfire than silly Jetfire.
The inbred (spelling?) Twins sounds like something that could annoy me a lot.

I hope we get to see Soundwave on earth too and not only as a sattelite-raping spaceship.

But I don't doubt that Bay and his boys have created an incredible movie, let's just hope they didn't make it too dark and too silly at the same time.

  28. I thought Transformers were "timeless" robotic organisms from the planet cybertron. How can Jetfire be old and craggy?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hoe come ratchet cant make Jetfire not so old and "craggy"?

    ReplyDelete
  30. I'll bet the Doctor is Alice. He lures him into the junk yard we saw him getting ambushed by screamer and Megs in. That's why the Doctor is there, ready to operate on him.

Also, could Ravage have been the one to cart the Doctor to Earth, to eject him and send him to infiltrate Sam at college? Just a thought, not really based on anything.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Surely Jetfire is worn out because he crashed on earth years ago and has hidden himself away...obviously the transformers could degrade and wear out otherwise they wouldn't need a medic like Ratchet? I agree though, an old cynical war veteran would have been a better choice...think Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino, he's 70 odd but can still kick your ass!

Anyway, all this is great, it creates talking points with fans.

I'm suprised Bay didn't drop a huge April fool's like a concept sketch of Metroplex or Omega Supreme being the Autobot\Human task forces secret base, which transforms at the end to kick Devastators arse.

As for how Devastator gets 'beaten', i think (based on the book with Agent Simmons and the Pyramid) Simmons will activate the space bridge hidden in the pyramids which will transport Devo back to Cybertron, leaving him ok for a return in the 3rd part!

  32. The list does not have the team chasing sideways through the building? and who or what is the Ice cream truck? Seems like they list the main characters but none of the role players so to speak.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I would think that Ratchet is there to repair robots hurt in battle, it just was a thought about the transformers being "timeless" who knows maybe he will actually be able to do some damage in combat.....hopefully so.

    ReplyDelete
  34. This is what I meant in an earlier post about Bay and co. only going 9 out of 10 steps to design the look/name/feel of the bots. I've been thinking about it, and I could live with the dopey Twins if they didn't botch Jetfire. Jetfire didn't fall apart in the cartoon. He's not Mr. Potato Head, he's a damn spy plane!! It's nice to see an actual confirm on the Insecticons, hopefully they'll be named Kickback, Shrapnel, Bombshell, etc. I hope with ILM's revelation that there are 60 bots and not the supposed 40, that there is still one last big surprise. It would be nice to see a Superion, Omega Supreme, etc. SOLELY revealed in the movie.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Jetfire didn't fall apart in the cartoon.

Duuuh, it's not a cartoon but whole diferent universe, where things don't have to be the same way, as they were before...?

  36. "The list does not have the team chasing sideways through the building? and who or what is the Ice cream truck? Seems like they list the main characters but none of the role players so to speak." @ 10:11am

If you watch the trailer closely the unicycle bots may or may not be chasing sideways through the building. If you watch closely it's bumblebee getting thrown through a building and then its sideways busting out of the building. Two different scenes all together quickly cut into one. So who knows what is going on with sideways before he busts out of the building/wall. (I found that out on some other forum)

My guess is the Twins will end up being like him.

  40. Based on what we know about the Prime and Jetfire toys, they will combine... potentially to defeat Devastator from above while others can assault from below. Thus giving Jetfire some worth - since they appparently are making him on death's door. And we have heard mention of the Twins combining as well. There's no indication from the packaging that this will occur, but might be a nice touch. Although, I'd hate to see the combining gimmick overused. You already have Devastator, maybe Arcee, maybe the Twins, and Prime/Jetfire. What would be nice is to limit that to Devastator (and maybe one other) and have Ultra Magnus come to the rescue.

Sorry, but "timeless" is not what Optimus said in the first film. He said "autonomous" (self-governing, independant, etc.)Just to let you know. :)

I was hoping Jetfire wouldn't be so...decrepit. Sure, maybe he could transform with difficulty, or walk with a limp (hence the cane) to show his age/worn-out-ness, but this description makes him sound like an old coot with alztheimers! >:(
I was totally expecting him to pull the cliched "old-guy-can-kick-butt" thing, and completely destroy Scorponok. (Guess we'll have to wait and see.)

So, is "The Doctor" just a 'code-name' for that particular robot? I heard on another post that someone said it's name was 'Scalpel'. That sounds better.

Is there a particular reason that Megatron is not on that list?

The Twins better pull something sweet and amazing in the film to compensate for their ridiculous appearances.

I wonder if Ratchet will be portrayed as more of a 'medic' in this film than the last? Maybe he'll try to fix up Jetfire or try to save some dieing Autobots?

    ReplyDelete
  43. My theory is that the two other bots with Arcee are going to go bye-bye (as in die) leaving Arcee all alone thus creating a bond with Micaela.

    Again, just a theory.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I wish they didn't make Ravage a cyclops - that one big eye looks weird.

To the Anon poster way up at the top: The bot that's attacking the windshield at the college I'm pretty sure isn't an early version of Ravage or something. It looks more along the lines of Frenzy, but with a different head. Maybe it's Rumble - or it could be the Pretender - or both for that matter.

One more thing that I wanted to bring up for discussion. Bay confirmed Megs but said he'd only be in flashbacks. It seems pretty obvious to me that the hand holding Shia down belongs to Megatron. I can't think of anyone else that we've seen that has a hand like that, right? Maybe a dream sequence? Megs chases Shia and pins him while Scalpel gives him a lobotomy - then Shia wakes up.

  45. "...why does jetfire have to be an old guy who has parts falling off him and takes ages to transform?"

Maybe Mojo's ancestors peed on Jetfire. That stuff would mess anyone up.

    ReplyDelete
  46. i bet my underwear that arcee is not a combiner. we get in the movie prequel and 'reign of starscream' that she is a standalone bot.

yea, am getting a bit mixed up with the constructicons' names. i agree with scorpio, mike bay may just put the names as it is in the list and perhaps to make changes later. the doctor as listed and where else the toy indicate it as scalpel. so, in the end, we may get demolisher instead of scavenger. hasbro made no changes to brawl and chose to stick with devastator. thus, the packaging have revealed its true name. and now we get seven, judging from the blueprint pix, there are seven vehicles behind devastator. AND i do pray that hasbro works hard to give us a transformable individual robots that can combine! milk me dry for all i care. it will be da bomb.

i initially thought tat jetfire would be lame(no pun intended) with the cane and beard.. but i guess i can swallow the fact that bay chose to make him geriatic with parts and screws falling off. i remember reading a comment made by a fan, who pretty much gave a good explanation in a different thread that jetfire has crashlanded on earth for quite some time, without any medic on earth to patch him up and he did not make contact with the cube thus making him disabled.

APRIL FOOL is another likely explanation for the list..

    greetings from malaysia

  47. i think overload (or the backhoe 'con) would be the shoulders and upper limbs.. connecting the torso to the arms.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Well didn't he get sent to the other dimension in the battle with Primus - at least in the comic continuum.

Maybe they'll introduce the concept of Primus and Unicron via voice-over.

  53. Anonymous, I'm pretty sure soundwave does not have an Earth alt mode. And so what if some fans get pissed? Do you know just how many transfans supposedly were pissed when the designs were leaked from the first movie, and everyone said that that movie would fail because it would piss of the fan base? What ultimately happened? Nobody cared. The movie became a big hit, and all those complaining transfans ultimately looked like whining b*tching babies.

  54. I have to say, I'm liking the number of Transformer characters in this film so far (based on the list).

Many of the complaints about the first film was 'lack of robot screen-time/lack of character development for the robots'. And that was for only 14 robots! So, I was a little worried when "40" and then "60" were thrown out there, though. I thought "If they can't characterize 14 robots, how are they gonna' give enough screen-time to 2-4 times the amount of characters?!"

Maybe the "40" and "60" robots are also accounted for battling Transformers in flashbacks of Cybertron, or "The Doctor's" little insect-minions?

    Your thoughts?

I'm not saying that everything should be G1. I had problems w/G1 (Megatron being a gun which someone has to hold was the really big complaint). What I'm saying is the character's personality traits shouldn't change. I liked the idea of Scorponok being a giant scorpion as opposed to a green/purple city base. I liked the idea of Ironhide being a GMC truck rather than that ugly red Nissan whatever the hell it was. I think The Fallen will add a whole new dimension which will be really interesting, he wasn't in G1.

Again it's the little things that are annoying: Ironhide/Ratchet having freakin' English accents, Jetfire needing to go to repair shop everytime he walks, Ratchet being green (wouldn't you normally think of a medic/hospital vehicle being white?), etc.

  58. Maybe the list is just of speaking characters? (well, however Ravage speaks or if the Alice theory is right) They don't say a whole lot, but they say something.

We see the other 2 bikes, so we know they are in the movie at some point, but not on the list. Barricade, seen on set (I believe), but might not talk in this one. Might be more Transformers in the back ground (the other toys introduced) but don't say anything at all.

Megatron not being on the list could be the same thing. Maybe he comes back at the very end which leads into TF3... Pins Sam down for some kind of "hanger" ending...

    Just a thought...

    ReplyDelete
  59. Who's ready for theory time?

Ravage's special 'skill' is that he's in fact the pretender but.....that was Lazerbeak on top of the car. C'mon do you think SW & Ravage would be there & not the Beak?

Megatron wasn't a part of that list b/c it was created prior to the revelation by BAY & CO. Keep in mind Hugo Weaving revealed Megs' return & then Bay did damage control.

    That DEV picture was released on purpose with the 'back' vehicle being covered up & distorted. You don't have to say there are definietly 6,7, or 8 that make him up---all you have to do is create a pic that has the important info covered like they did----think about this....the writers were asked how many Constructicons there'd be and they said 8----then when asked about how many make up DEV they said 7 and then Hasbro's toy showed 6.....NOONE IS LYING we are just looking at what's in front of us {well there was the lie about Megs but....who could fault Bay-hem for protecting this film}

Demloishor is strictly a stand-alone character & will not form DEV as the protoforms in the teaser falling in Egypt will be the combiner Constructicons. I'm convinced Demolishor will NOT survive the attack with Prime.

Arcee won't be a combiner & will be just the pink bike aloing with blue chromia. No idea if the purple will be Firestar or Moonracer. I feel that we don't need a fem combiner as we will see this 3 times {the TWINS split from one into 2 vehciles---7 become DEV---Jetfirus Prime} no more combiners!

Soundwave won't have an 'earth mode' as he will be the orbiting satellite in space & on earth he will just be a Cybertronian jet

    I'll leave you with this..........

The Fallen's 'revenge' I feel is against the people who imprisoned him----no surprise everyone probably feels this way but.......I bet that it was Jetfire who sealed him in the Pyramid and then went into hiding hoping this 'day' would never come HENCE the reason he knows the plan of the DECEPS & the Fallen so it's probably a given that Jetfire will sacrifice himself for the plan to be extinguished.

I've said too much-------more to come!!!

    L.M.

I think it would be completely badass and a big FREAKIN surprise as well....sounds like something BAY would do/dream up....i mean..the sleeping gas thing is kinda lame...i think it'd be pretty interesting to see Alice being Ravages bio mode....

There's already an indication that Arcee is the only female, so the purple bike can't be Firestar or Moonracer. Although, in all honesty, I thought Chromia was a chick, but looking at the toy's face which looks masculine and hearing that there are no more females, it apparently isn't so.

"I bet that it was Jetfire who sealed him in the Pyramid and then went into hiding hoping this 'day' would never come HENCE the reason he knows the plan of the DECEPS & the Fallen so it's probably a given that Jetfire will sacrifice himself for the plan to be extinguished."

I floated this theory a few days ago on another posting and it was pointed out that Jetfire's toy bio says that he left Cybertron to get away from the civil war- which didn't even begin until after all the unpleasantness with the Fallen. So, timeline-wise, he didn't get to Earth until after the Fallen was 'imprisoned'.

UNLESS.... The Fallen isn't actually physically imprisoned on Earth, but he's released from the other dimension in Egypt, in which case Jetfire could have been around on Cybertron when the Fallen was imprisoned. The artifact that imprisoned him was jetisoned from Cybertron and Jetfire went looking for it, ending up on earth. There's nothing that says the ancient egyptians actually saw the giant robot Fallen, they may have just worshipped the artifact that landed on earth and spoke to them.

  65. No i`m afraid we can rule out Alice as Ravages other form, as onset reports suggest she is some kind of bio mechanical frenzy like creature. With a long tongue. Sharp fingers and back. With a slimy wet tail.

    Replying to Strandh:
Ravage is armed with a camoflague system like a chamelions however that shortcircuits when he lands in the sea. He can also dig underground and speed almost as fast as Scorponok. His middle eye can check Thermal imaging, See through objects (Such as walls, Flesh, ETC . . .) and it also receives information from his partner Soundwave. His tail can shoot acid and he can release a poisonous gas which makes anyone in the vicinity choke to death.

His teeth are Razor sharp and operate in a circular saw motion spinning to grind through dirt and flesh.

P.s Shurely The Doctor/Scalpel is ejected from Soundwave or was built on earth from parts of Frenzy.

  67. Replying to TheChief:
Finally someone who understands the Fallen. Also the concept was used in the comics so it would make more sense than the Transformers imprisoning him under a Pyramid.

-The artifact that imprisoned him was jetisoned from Cybertron and Jetfire went looking for it, ending up on earth.-
My bets are that this was The Allspark and that the remaining fragments in Megatron and the piece that Prime has can be used to release him.
The Pyramid conceals a machine used to open a portal releasing the Fallen.

The Arcee thing could mean that She is a Combiner made up of the three bike bots who each have a mind of there own as well as a collective hive mind. This means they could function on there own. Chromia is definently a girl in the original anyway. I`m going to be very annoyed if She has become a Boy!

  68. -WTF do you know all thse Scorp?-

Research from Bay`s Shoot for The Edit blog along with a few other Blogs from the producers and people working with the film almost all the information it confirmed.

Besides the Circular saw mouth was shown in the trailer. If you slow down the trailer you can see Ravages inner teeth slowly spin before be barks.

The Pretender stuff was released back in November 2008 in a accidentel post on Micheal Bay`s blog which was quickly deleted.

  69. Here's a quick quote from Bay's blog that confirms Demolishor as NOT being one of the Constructicons that form Devastator. I know we all figured this out already, but it's just an 'official' confirm - just like the official confirmation that Megatron wasn't in the movie. ;)

"Then there's a giant one called Demolishor, and another tinier one with the sportier name of Wheelie.

    Constructicons:

These seven robots — Scavenger, Scrapper, Hightower, Longhaul, Rampage, Overload and Mixmaster — transform into construction machinery, but also link up with one another to form one gigantic robot stomper named Devastator."

    ReplyDelete
  70. Replying to TheChief:

Where is this seventh Constructicon then in the Supreme Devastator product. And who the hell is Overload. Seriously they are messing about with the names too much. We wouldnt care if they named them the same as the previous film Besides Scavenger and Demolisher are too similar. First Film people were worried about Bay`s designs this film People are worried about Bay`s Charecter portrails, designs and basic plot. Well i guess thats what happens with a sequel double everything you did right in the first film along with all the bad stuff.

  71. "Scrapper - yellow Caterpillar D9L Bulldozer"
Uhm, no isn't the yellow Caterpillar D9L Rampage?? This is for the host of this blog to answer.
Scrapper is the 992G CAT yellow construction vehicle.

  72. No offense to anyone here but the author of that article is not privvvvvvy to the fact Chromia is a confirmed female robot. "Arcee is the only female" is a response to the names on the list.

C'mon people---we have read Chromia's bio where the gender {"SHE"} is mentioned!!

Scorpio---you got some great stuff and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise dude :)

  79. -and happened to Barricade megatron .... wheelie and was not autobot???-

Presumably they havent got a big enough role to be mentioned (Barricade and Wheelie) or they may cause to many spoilers (Megatron) Besides this isnt all the robots only the confirmed few released on april 1st.

-Scorp can help Essex write it.-
I`ld rather work alone so i can portray certain ideas however i guess i could work with Essex if he wanted me too :)

  80. Scopio is right about Megs & 'Cade being spoilers

Wheelie changes from the Decep side to the ABots to locate Jetfire

    ReplyDelete
  81. That's true and it might be the second scene in movie right after that scene where Arcee, Chromia and their sister are after Sideways and NEST is after Demolishor. I'm starting to think that scene shooted at aircraft carrier is that aircraft carriers are going to send Sam, Mikaela, Leo, NEST and all survived Autobots back to home.

  82. About Jetfire, he is old one, but very funny guy as Bay said. When he finds out information Sam has in his memory, he might know what the Decepticons might try to do, but he has forgotten most important of it. But if those machines inside pyramids are space bridges, the Fallen is not only trying to get Megatron free him, he might also try to transport Unicron here. What if Unicron appears in third movie and is trying to destroy Earth?

    ReplyDelete
  83. Megatron is more powerful than ever, because now he has powers of five transformers gained by armor built from parts of other dead transformers in Laurentian Abyss (Jazz, Blackout, Bonecrusher and Brawl) combined by all Allspark fragments, Optimus took one fragment away at the end of first movie, while other fragments were left inside Megatron's body. He has still chance to become ever more powerful. Unicron is creation of the Allspark. Other Transformers continuities told that he has life force called Angolmois. If part of it will rebuild Megatron as Galvatron, then he is very dangerous. P.S. to learn more about Angolmois, go there: http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Angolmois

  84. Here`s a bit of film plot i have gathered based on plot details. (May contain spoilers)

Sam and Mikela are escaping from a Decepticon attack in a Car or The Ice cream truck. There vehicle is then sliced in half by a transformer with saws for hands (Barricade or Sideways)

Mikela manages to flee however Sam is captured by (Barricade or Sideways) who takes him to Starscream who is the new Decepticon leader. Starscream tortures Sam however Megatron arrives. Megatron attacks Starscream in a brutal onslaught ending with Starscream saying he will serve Megatron. Megatron captures a fleeing Sam and pins him to the ground.

A small Transformer (Scalpel) walks onto Sam and inserts a Decepticon (Insecticon) into Sam`s neck. Optimus Prime arrives and attacks Megatron however ends up retreating with Sam as more Decepticons arrive.

  87. Megatron is more powerful than ever, because now he has powers of five transformers gained by armor built from parts of other dead transformers in Laurentian Abyss (Jazz, Blackout, Bonecrusher and Brawl)

You mean, Jazz died in the first movie protecting us, then they go dump his body with the Decipticons? That's COLD... You'd think he would have been buried with honour or something.

Optimus with his big speach at the end on how we have lost a friend, they must have edited the last part out when he says "oh well, dump him with the rest of the junk."

    ReplyDelete
  88. You're right, you anonymous guy. Scavenger is definitely only name mistake at Devastator supreme class toy's excavator component. And you, Bozzak, if you want to know Jazz was buried, read Alliance issue 3. There it happens.

  89. guys, there was a recent post about michael not liking mass shifting...etc etc..I remember in TF when agent simmoms turned the phone into a robot in the glass case thing,,,that robot was small....the size was good enough for the phone....but when frenzy head turned in the phone..and transformed from the phone into head,,,his head was much much larger than the robot in the glass case ..and the robot that glass case was formed from a much larger phone....anyway,,it not important now,,,but u get what im saying...

I`m a sort of mix myself of different fields of work.

-Anyone knows what happned to the "pop" vending machine, the X-box360 and the Cadillac that
were "energized from the cube energy in Transformers 1?-

Aparently they were either destroyed by the autobots (Comics) Or ran out of allspark power when the allspark was destroyed and died (Book)

However none of this actually means anything to the film for the moment!
