Piece of the AllSpark (Updated)

Thanks to Brian, here is a picture of the AllSpark fragment and prop container as seen in one of the movie stills (below) from USA Today last year. The photo was taken at the LG Booth as part of the promotion between LG and Transformers. Exactly what part the fragment plays in the movie has yet to be revealed.

Update: Via TFW2005, below is the picture of the LG Versa Limited Edition Transformers 2 cell phone. I have no idea what the availability plan or cost of these phones will be.

  1. Yay confirmation of the all spark fragment. Does anyone else think that they know too much about the movie.
Also sorry I can't resist first.

  2. If you feel you know too much, then STOP READING SPOILERS.

Jesus, I hate people that complain they know too much about a movie before it comes out, when its totally their fault for reading everything there is on it.

The Allspark fragment can reanimate Transformers. It brings Wreckage and the Landmine units back online in ROTF: Alliance.

  4. I'm not complaining just wondering if anyone else regrets reading some of the things they did believe I would stop if I could but I'm addicted to this blog.
I was very calm in my post your the one who is instigating.

  5. ^^^ I agree with you dude....I wish I never read the blogs but it's my own fault so noone to blame but ME

  6. As much as we think we know we still know just names and and Assumptions on what the movie is about. I just love that we get a chance to see all the great things coming out of this movie. Cant wit till June 24 but i will Be in Iraq so i will just have to catch it when the Iraqi markets sell it on boot leg.

  7. yeah there is plenty of stuff we all assume but are probably wrong about. just like for the past 2 months we thought demoliser would be a part of devastator. we were wrong.

  8. wait... Did you say demolisher is not part of Devastator?? What about the torso. MCAT?? It read RH400

  9. I told myself to stop reading this months ago, and I actually succeeded wonderfully for about a month. And then I told myself I'd be ok with reading the light spoilers, and within days, I no longer cared again. The fact is, I'll probably love the movie so much anyway, it doesn't matter anymore. I mean, Lost is my favorite TV show ever, but I read ALL spoilers for that show except who dies when. So if I do that for Lost, might as well for T2.

Plus, the more I see, the more I REALLY want to see this movie!!

  10. Demolished isn't listed as part of devastator in the usa today article. Has him as a separate decepticon.

  11. Demolisher I meant.
    Spoiler. Spoiler spoiler alert!

I think demolisher dies in the beginning of the movie in the battle with optimus!

  13. Thus begins the plot of the film as Megatron needs the piece of the Allspark to release the fallen. However the Allspark base is hidden in a sector seven base. Sam who was affected by the Allspark can experience its effects. Megatron captures sam and inserts a tracking device into him. This allows him to find out where the Allspark and the Autobots are hiding. At least that's my idea based on the released plot details.

Who is the Decepticon`s face on the Decepticon phone though. It looks a bit like Megatrons but also a bit like Sideway`s face.

  14. I have a question for everyone.
Do you guys think they should keep an ongoing movie continuity or do you think they should do it Batman style. (diffrent Director=whole diffrent movie) give diffrent directors the freedom to envision the TF world as they would do it. Or should they keep Bays vision of the TF world intact for every movie, no matter who directs it?

  15. diffrent directors cause bay and them are puting transformers in the movie that are not really know atleast on the autobot side and making up transformer that have no type of g1 relationship i i never watch the g1 cartoon but i saw a few episode on youtube and i would love to seem some of the guys on there like mirage or hound etc have a car that not made from gm i would love to see a lambo, jeep, formula 1 car im not sure that the turn for it but u know what i mean as a transformer

A new director or new plot would help now and again. Micheal bay wants his holiday so why dont the studio have new script writters and stuff while he has gone so when he returns most of the film is finished. Bay is a good director however all his films are the same Awesome explosions, Awesome effect,Awesome comedy, Really Rude, Obsesive, Car chase, More explosions, No emotional plot.

  17. Selective Realism ,,,,,maybe starscream is there looking for the fragment since he saw what it did to wreckage..or maybe they'll show a flashback with him and wreckage fighting....anyway,,,with meg dead,,,i dont think starscream would want to bring him or the fallen back to life...im confused to who would want to raise who....i reallly think in fragment would be a flashback moment with wreckage

  18. Reply to Essex:Bay is awesome!!Bay all the way!!Writers also, keep Orci and Kurtzman.Carwise,it's not all GM,there's an Audi R8,that means we could get to see a Porsche 911 as the new Jazz,Porsche owns 50% of VW,Audi is a group of VW.No matter how much I like the Corvette Centennial,I'd rather had a Lambo for Sideswipe.

Which is why the make so much changing the formula in the end might get you higher critical reviews but commercially it might be seen as a betrayal to the mass audience (the people who aren't on site like this) who enjoy bay's style. And I don't care what you say a studio would rather have a crappy movie that makes a lot of money over a brilliant movie that makes little money. Not saying transformers is crappy or anything.

Its just getting a bit repetitive for round each turn in his films you have something blown up. Fans wanted to see a long fight scene between Optimus and another robot. All that we got was a few punches in the middle of the street with Megatron which ended with Sam killing Megatron with something that gives life and power to the transformers this just screamed lame ending and I will return. We also had a short few minutes motorway chase which ended rather abruptly with prime slicing Bonechrusher into pieces despite never using that weapon later in the film.

Also i wasnt moaning about the studio i just thought that if bay wants a one year break maybe another director could work on scripts and robots so that when bay is back all he needs to do is film it. This would mean the film could be released earlier than its 2012 predicted release date!

  21. To Scorpio it's called budget constraints. I remember reading an article on the Transformers effects supervisor. Who said they actually didn't have a lot of money to work on the robots so Bay came up with money saving camera angles. Besides Scorpio the ratio to people who want a new director to people who are happy with this one is not in your favor if you count mainstream audience. Seriously if you want a serious robo war movie watch The Terminator movies but I'm just happy Bay gave us an epic first movie and if you didn't like it that's to bad but your entitled to your opinion.

  22. "another director could work on scripts and robots so that when bay is back all he needs to do is film it."

Umm the script is handled by the screen writers not Bay you're asking for different screen writers. And bay doesn't personally design the robots. Bay as a director does film it but he uses the script as a template.

  23. Bay is the director, that means he's the boss! Stated by Orci and Kurtzman.Bay has to aprove the designs, and uses true Transfans. The script gets altered along the way, like the hand-accident of Shia,as to happens with a lot of films

I know that the films have a strict budget however what i am saying is that bay introduced too much CGI early on such as the scene where Barricade fights Bumblee bee. This meant he didnt have enough time on the final fight between Megatron and Prime.

    Replying to Anonymous at 12:30PM:
Bay altered the first script along with designs such as the Transformation scenes which Bay wanted more of. I`m only saying that if people designed tons of robot CGI models starting when Micheal bay was on holiday he could choose the best when he returned. It also takes 6 months for proffesionals to design a CGI model as complicated as Bumblee bee or Prime. Surely it would be better for the film if all the CGI robots were done so that bay doesnt have to wait when he returns. It would also cutdown on time meaning bay could release the film in 2011!
