While a prototype was created, there have still not been any announcements on whether the vehicle will be mass produced for public purchase.

Deluxe Electrostatic Soundwave
From Transformers: Animated line, new gallery shows off a repaint of the Soundwave figure that includes Keytar Ratbat. I am not sure if this is a figure to be released stateside or Japan only.
