New Battle Ops Bumblebee and Power Core Combiner?

Two new Transformers toys have leaked on the web that continue to suggest new lines are in the works or at least a modification of existing ones.

The first is from ActionFigs.com for "Battle Ops Bumblebee" both in and out of package (below) that matches the leaked image of the rumored fifth Leader class Bumblebee. This also matches the leaked Target DCPIs putting this figure at about $60. The figure appears to have lights and sounds with deployable chain guns. Also note the packaging has dropped the Revenge of the Fallen name and design indicating a change in direction for the line. Another change is a new conversion grade which tops out at 5 instead of 4. Is this a new direction for the leader class? The first toy of a new line based on the movies, or even just a really good knock off? As usually time will tell. Thanks to Christopher for the link and observations.

Additionally, another Power Core Combiner has been leaked by S250 which seems to be the return of mini-cons but with more flexibility in use. The image shows an unnamed Decepticon fire truck with a mini-con named Chopster. One toy could be fake, but two definitely proves a new line is in the works. The only question is this one related to the rumored cartoon or not.

  1. This benighted cacophony is a painful blend of overproduced action and shameless exposition

  2. Yeah, I'm definitely picking up Battle Ops BB. This is a much more accurate version to the movie CG that I've seen yet. I passed on some of the others, they just weren't accurate enough, but this one makes me happy.

  3. "Because this Bumblebee is obviously just a fake photoshop made out of existing figures, and in no way can be real. Cause i say so!"... Sigh, people and their stupid theories...

He looks ok, but i still have Deluxe from 2007 and I'm totally happy with him.

  5. I still don't belive that he exist! You can't fool me Hasblow! It's not like you, to make another figure for a profitable character, instead of fanboys demand like Blackout/Grindor!

  7. No no, not the BEST BB ever... not yet. The best Bumblebee would have zero gimmicks and much more articulation and detailed paint job than shown here. Call me picky, but if I have to point out all the inaccuracies and resort to doing my own paint job and custom articulation like on my Deluxe BB in 2007, then it's just not worth it yet. This will suffice for now, but I imagined something far more substantial for my money.

  9. I'll get him anyway because I WAS the Bumblebee. It's like asking if the CG creator collects Transformers. Well, of course they do! I'm just hardcore like that. haha
