We all want a trailer, yet so far there is no proven news on the trailer. So how about a fantastic fan made trailer from two years ago reformatted for YouTube's new widescreen look with commentary. Jester and Jolin (TF artwork extraordinaire) created a trailer for the first movie that was a direct nod to the 1984 generation one cartoons. Their work went on to win the "Fanaticon" contest that Yahoo! Movies held which led to a trip to Industrial Light and Magic. To see some cool pictures from ILM that they took click here. Below are the various trailers, videos and what not from Jester and Jolin have put together. Click the title link above the video if want to see it at YouTube's larger default size.
With a New Year starting, figured a good time to restart the posters and trailers sections (that where on the left and right columns). So below is all those trailers and posters for Transformers taking one last bow (assuming the links still work).
"muzicdox" has posted a SuperTrailer for Transformers that combines all the clips, TV spots and trailers to create one really long trailer that is 10 minutes long. Pretty good job too. Thanks to Trailer for the link.
International Trailer #2 has hit the web today. It has lots of scenes we have seen from the multitude of US trailers and TV spots but also lots of scenes who haven't seen before. Overall, a very nice trailer.
You can also find various resolution links to the trailer here. Just go down to "Intl Trailer #2". You can also try this link, provided by Maxiumus for direct access to Hi-Res version. However, for all those links, results may vary, as the files are in .ASX format which is not a commonly used U.S. codex so don't be surprised if it doesn't play.
Another day, another TV spot. This one shows more of Megatron and Prime as they transform some weapons and get ready to go at each other. Very cool. Thanks to Tigerclaw for the YouTube upload and Maximus for the link.
Myspace.com has another TV spot for Transformers called "Army" that is about a 50-50 mix of old and new. There is also a 14th TV spot that has "What I've Done" from Linkin Park playing half way through it but so far haven't found it online.
A sweet looking new trailer has hit the internets for Transformers. This brings the total of spots up to 12. This one may be one of the best with lots of new shots that look pretty darn sweet. Thanks to Maximus for the link.
TV Spot #11 is now up on YouTube. Hopefully a better version will pop up soon but for now here you go. This includes a mix of old and new. Click here for spots 8 and 9 and here for spot 10.
A new Transformers TV spot aired during the NBA Game 4 Finals bring the total to 3 in just the last couple day (see other two here). This one shows most of Bonecrusher's transformation, close-up of Megatron, and more of the tackle of Optimus. Its mostly new footage rather so definitely worth a look. Thanks to Tigerclaw for the video capture on YouTube and the link.
Update: Courtesy of Michael Bay's site, comes this higher quality version.
Also, if wish to download the trailer, click here (.mov) or here (.mp4). Those are courtesy of the Sector 7 Must Be Stopped podcast.
Another new Transformers spot has become available. Like the previous versions, its lot of unseen footage mixed with little bits of new here and there, the largest being a tag at the end with Anthony Anderson's Glenn on the second one.
Tv Spot #8
TV Spot #9
Once the #9 spot becomes available on YouTube, will post in the left hand column ,just keep scrolling past the labels section.
A new TV spot for Transformers aired during game 3 of the NBA finals. Luckily Tygerclaw grabbed it and posted it on YouTube. Most of it is footage already seen in previous trailers but the last few seconds has something new. Not sure what it is...but pretty sure its new. Thanks to Tigerclaw for the link (same person?).
Starting thursday, Target guests of all ages can enjoy an exclusive movie trailer featuring RoboVision on the Channel Red in-store TV network. Be sure to check it out!
As previously posted, Nickelodeon started airing a new trailer on May 29th. At the time the available copy was a camcorder recording TV. Now, thanks to AllSpark.com, better versions are available with 2 different versions. One is Frenzy kick and the other is usual Prime outside window but with additional wide shot for perspective.
Nick Spot Version A (Frenzy Ending)
Nick Spot Version B (Prime Ending)
Also thanks to "ChessPieceFace" from TFW2005 boards, can download the A version in 5MB AVI or 18MB MPEG. Thanks to Maximus, can now download version B, click here.
Another Transformers TV Spot has hit the web. In it Bumblebee may or may not speak to "Its you and me" while handing the AllSpark to Spike. Now my understanding, supported by the Prequel comics, is that Megatron ripped out Bumblebee's voice box so he can only speak using music vocals so no guarantee the voice is his or not. Below is a crappy capture of the spot, but at least a capture one can see. I will replace it once a better version comes along.
Shoot for the Edit has posted a zip file that contains the 2 recent TV spots in 720p for those that are interested. Click here to downloads the files.
Also, just for giggles check out the current theatrical trailer in Italian, by clicking here. Thanks to TFW2005 posters for the links.
Update: Found a new site, The Movie Box, that offers a nice clean summary of links to all the trailers, TV spots and other misc footage in various formats for Transformers. Click here to see.
Another series finale, another Transformers trailer. Same basic theme, phrasings etc, but slightly different scenes.
According to Bay's Shoot for the Edit site, the Family Guy trailer is called "Declare". The post also pointed to here to download the quicktime version of the Heroes trailer.
During Family Guy I noticed a different TV trailer played then one I had seen before. It incorporates elements of the new theatrical trailer such as Scorponok detaching from Blackout and little bit more of the protoforms. If its new, hopefully it will show up on Yahoo Movies in HD form.
Turns out there is a third version of the third and final theatrical trailer for Transformers. There is the US Yahoo Movies one, extended version, and now a Shrek version. The length is more or less the same but each has a few scenes that the other doesn't have. For the Shrek version, the biggest difference would be Scorponok having a few more moments. Below are three versions now on YouTube to compare against. The Shrek version was filmed, possibly by a cell phone, in a theatre so the quality is crap but can see enough to know what was changed. Hopefully a "clean" version will be released soon. I wonder if the Pirates 3 will be a fourth iteration of the same trailer? Thanks to Chad T. for the link.
Last couple days have been busy with new release of a new TV trailer and movie trailer. On the left side column of this website are all the YouTube versions of each trailer. Can see em tiny by hitting the play icon or click them to get to the YouTube site to see the larger version.
For those that don't mind download size, below are the links to all the trailers both standard and HD.
