Transformers One First Screening Goes Well

The first screening of Transformers One went well according to The Hollywood Reporter. Director Josh Cooley and Paramount Animation President Ramsey Naito provided an unfinished version of the film to an audience in Annecy, France to preview the film. Nothing was revealed about the film itself except to say the audience seemed to enjoy the film, giving a standing ovation at the end. 

Don't read to much into that as seems to be a thing in that region as the Cannes film festival's standing ovations have become a bit of a running joke when know the creators or cast are in the audience. Still, a good first screening with an enthusiastic audience is a good start for the film. Transformers One will hit theaters on September 20. Thanks to Feris O. for the link.
