New Version of Megatron and Optimus Prime Prototype Toys

Seibertron.com has posted pics of new version of Optimus Prime and Megatron. The prototypes are unpainted but based on size and detail are probably of the $19.99-$24.99 price point that most Tranformers line have. Any more important, its the first detailed look of what the movie alternate Cybertron mode Megatron may look like. Keep in mind the detail of the toys will not be as high as the detail of a finalized version that will be in the movie, but still gives your the broad strokes of what to expect. I get the feeling that people will warm up to Optimus but these leaked designs will do little for fans in regards to Megatron. On the bright side, the "Razor" earth version of Megatron is still unknown. Thanks to Joey C for the links.

  7. They're just two differen't versions of Prime...I guess they are trying different prototypes and deciding on which one to use...I really don't know.

And later reports have said that there is a Razor.

  8. I know where my paychecks will be going this summer. And yeah, I read about there being a Razor, too. I don't think it's a real plane though, it's probably just something they created for the movie.

  10. Well, the second Prime has the same feet that the old leaked picture of Prime had. I'm guessing that one's been scrapped.
