Optimus and Bumblebee at Laurel Hill Cemetery
Filming continued at Laurel Hill Cemetery on Wednesday. Braden took advantage and captured pictures as Bumblebee and Optimus Prime drove around the area. What they where filming is unknown but Transformers at a cemetery can not bode well somebody. Braden also has a video of Bumblebee. Click images for a larger size. asdf

what are they doing around the cemetery? putting flowers at jazz's grave or something?
On the well known October 2007 Treatment script for TF2 that Bay stated it was official but rejected the ending tells that Mikaela seems dead.. Sam and everyone else thinks she is..-and Sam blames Optimus Prime for that- after a large scale war in space between Autobots and Decepticons... while the final scene would show the viewers that she didn't die and survived trapped into a dead Decepticon's force field remained active there in space...
Well... probably almost everything changed since that rejected treatment script BUT the fact that both Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are in a cemetery might have something to do with that ending? Maybe an ending like that is in the final script? Obviously it would be a bad move to kill the character of Mikaela for real..but as long as she survives and she is in for a 3rd movie then a plot twist ending like that could work pretty well...
A leaked character listing sheet showed a requirement for a mortician or undertaker. The description mentioned they were burying Simms. Maybe this is a scene of Simms' funeral?
who knows what's going on. Michael bay has been caught stating to film "false scenes" and release "False information" to throw people off. But in any case, Jazz is returning so it's possible for a scene of his return. Or like you guys said, maybe simms or mikeala "dies" or even a completely unknown character....or it's possible that this scene is just a meeting place before they drive away....
N8, not likely. That's still the concept car's side mirrors, greenhouse, rear quarter, etc.
Why would they be Burying Mikaela at a PA cemetery if she lived in Tranquility? Or the bots get a heading of a hearse 'con.
It could be Sam's mom who died as she isn't confirmed for the movie as of yet.

Ah as for a speculation of Mikaela dying I highly doubt that. Give me a break everyone who likes her will get upset. It would be a poor idea to do that to one of star characters.
I agree with the one who says it could be a false scene.
Or maybe they have another reason for being there maybe they're not visiting a dead friend it just makes perfect sense to me that there is more to than the speculations so far. I refuse to believe any of the main cast who plays a vital role is dead in that scene it just... wouldn't make sense.

could be late grandpa witwicky, who discovered megatron in the ice. maybe something scribed on this tombstone or he was buried with.
Maybe it's just something so simple and human as paying respects to the late Grandpa Witwicky. Just a quick scene to remind us of Movie 1 quote "No Sacrifice, No Victory" before heading off to battle.
Wide shot to slow zoom in, glimmering sun.
Cue violins and flutes.
Funny how you guys come up with all these fancy explantions. But I will just keep it simple, thinking that they might place the cars near the cemetary so it won't attact attention from people :D + no haters(TF angry fans) would walk by and key the cars. Michael Bay planned this perfectly :)
Oh I dunno, I kinda liked my scene, just 'cause it's sounds sooo Michael Bay-ish. haha I mean, Armageddon, The Island, The Rock, and yes, even TF Movie 1, all of them had *teary-eyed* poignant scenes of human stuff going on to balance out all that shit blowing up. haha
But you're probably right. People wanna see the robots/cars. So they'll be all OOOOH~ PICTURES when actually Michael is the sheister and filming scenes in some other area.
That's what I'd probably do, too. hehe

They were filming transformers 2 in the old Bethlehem steels in PA.
