First Pic of Audi R8
Siebertron.com has scored 4 images of night shooting for Transformers Revenge of the Fallen occurring at the Long Beach docks in San Pedro, CA. The photos, taken by VonSchlitzy, show the ice cream truck, the silver corvette and what appears to be the first image of the Audi R8 that was spotted in Bethlehem. The set dressings and the like reinforce the notion that this is a continuation of the footage shot at Bethlehem Steel.

does anyone think that semi-truck looks a little too out of place to be a human vehicle, seems to me it could be a trailor for Prime, remember the concept art for his alt mode with a trailor? i mean, look at the running light, looks a little too much light a transformer to me.
ReplyDeleteI wonder who's the black truck... and btw, finally we see the R8... but I wonder, wouldn't it be too confusing having too many silver cars? I'm sure in robot mode it'll be even more confusing as well :p

ReplyDeleteAnd I also bet that it could involve the R8 and the out-of-this-world-Corvette.
As for the black truck, I may have a feeling it could be Motormaster since he's the only other Trnasformer besides Optimus that transforms into a semi-truck.
The first picture is not of autobots, if you look at the three trucks it would seam like Prime Ironhide n ratchet, but looking closely its not prime because his lights the last truck could b ironhide but its not because he does have that many lights and the body of the second truck is the same as ratchet unless Bay gave sum visual upgrades to them, which i doubt. So my guess is it decepticons
ReplyDeletenot sure about the big rig, but the two vehicles with spot lights are the military NEST vehicles. See the picture in the top right? see all those guys with guns draw in the group? just my guess. It would be cool to see another big rig
ReplyDeleteyea true.... plus i dnt think that that corvette is Hot Rod, tho i would love 2 c him in this movie i think its mirage becuz if there chasing the R8 who else would b the best to find the r8 but a autobot who knows how to hunt and was spy bot, i think if hot rod is in this movie he's goin b sumthin that would make even the richest man turn his head

ReplyDeleteThe pics tell me the Ice Cream truck is Autobot, since the agents seem to be aware of it presence but passing by. Like the truck led them to where they're at.
ReplyDeleteAs far as truck is concerned, I think that COULD be Prime with trailer, and those COULD be the others too. And is that the Corvette & R8 together?
Really none of the pics are that clear.
I think it's odd that a picture of a new semi truck shows up after the "Fan made" Motormaster is released?

ReplyDeleteIn the first picture, ice cream truck is not surrounded by soldiers. Its seems to be soldiers are pointing to a decepticon because if you see the left side of picture you can see a man with window washer thing. There we have the answer.

ReplyDeleteHere's a wacky thought... with the rumours of Jazz being brought back/not completely killed off... could the R8 be Jazz's new alt.mode??
I'd go along with the new Corvette (or Aero-X) being Wheeljack therefore would they have 2 silver supercars on the same faction?? Or would they have them war-ing)
I hope that if MotorMaster is part of the film then, as like Jester's design, he does NOT incorporate the trailer as part of his robot mode. Only solid objects should be used for a robot's alt mode therefore something that can detach does not portray a real symbol of strength and power... it suggests too many weakspots within a robots exo-skeleton, this is the same reason that I hope the two ice-cream trucks don't form a single Autobot/Decepticon, at least keep them as two individual robots acting as minions, i.e. Lazerbeak, Ravage, Steeljaw, etc...

I aint buying that ice cream truck. but if its true then may it be cliffjumper since he is small. and lets hope those 2 silver cars are the twins sideswipe & sunstreak. just my 2 cents...
