Chevy Trax Robot Revealed?
Via TFW2005 and the same source that leaked possible images of the robot mode of the Corvette Centennial comes the below images of what could be the robot mode for the Chevy Trax. The rather tiny images make it hard to see the details and not sure but I think the fourth one is Bumblebee but hard to tell.

I don't think that 4th one is Bumblebee.

Im beginning to wonder if the two small cars are going to combine (in robot mode) to form one bigger Transformer...?

LOL, That got me thinking...if it IS his head (I hope not), he doesn't look too smart. If both of them look like that they'll probably be called "Dumb and Dumber", LOL. Inbred TF's, HaHa!
If that 4th pic is him in robot mode, he looks pretty cool (from what I can see).
Pretty cool design. I hope the third pic is nothing related to the head. It just doesn't look right to me.

ReplyDeleteI think the fourth pic could be a squashed version of BB-variant OR the actual robot using a similar transformation style a la BB.
I can't tell from those pics, but like the waaayyy earlier Corvette Centennial commotion, we'll never know until like 2-3 weeks from now. HAHA
I think the third pic is the robot in mid-transformation. See the little two at the bottom corner? Maybe that means its second stage of transformation or something

ReplyDeleteThe fourth picture does not appear to be Bumblebee. There are some differences in the angle of the car-windows, the shape of the forearm, and the lower legs. However, I don't trust all of these images if you ask me. Wasn't it exactly this that Bay was intended to do?

God, I hope that pic#3 IS NOT Sunstreaker's head, IF Sunsteaker is in this film. Is anybody able to blow up the picture and read the text in the box with the "2" on it? That would reveal exactly what it is supposed to be, PROVIDED THAT this is not a fake.
ReplyDeleteThe last pic is not Bumblebee, I bet. Seems to be smaller than Bumblebee in stature, and the feet and arms are different. We'll see for sure come next year.

to all those people raving on about the "2" written in the corners, look at the barricade/R8 image... it also shows "2" in the corner yet the robot is fully transformed.
ReplyDeletehas it not occurred to ANYONE that the autobot logo followed by the number 2 actually means... Transformers 2?!?! After all... this is a sequal!!
I know that's thinking WAYYYY out the box (!!!) but doesn't it make the teeny weeniest bit more sense!
I know design sheets for TF1 had phases of transforming on them, i.e. the Megatron alt mode design sheet showing swing-wings, but rather than trying to second-guess the movie... why not wait just a few more months til trailer-time (confirmation of characters and alt modes, etc...) and just accept that the 'concepts' may just be fan-art and they've tried to make it look professional by using "2"

Agreed. It looks like the back of something. Maybe like insects they have fake eyes on their body to frighten would be attackers by making them look bigger or scarier. lol
ReplyDeleteThose Blue things... Could they be some kind of propulsion or something? They look like they could be something like that, if they are indeed part of the back like I suspect and HOPE. Because that would be one UGLY Transformer otherwise.
