Voyager (or Deluxe) Class Soundwave, Bumblebee Picture
Thanks to Phil, below is a shot from what I believe is the Voyager class (around $20) Bumblebee and Soundwave from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. The main reason thinking Voyager class is the box size and generally (but not always) Hasbro puts images of the other toys of the same class on one side of the box. While the image is a little blurry, it definitely looks like Soundwave's alt mode is indeed a satellite with what appears to be folded panels behind his back and arms. Or airplane wings. Either way the grey and blue figure hints at some potential.

i think that they are deluxe figures . if u c up from their names it writes something like 'deluxe' . maybe it could be a lt more useable to c the whole box !
ReplyDeleteyou really think they would release Bumblebee in the Voyager class?
ReplyDeleteThat's not a Voyager class Bumblebee. That's definitely Deluxe class. I've stared at (for custom paint job I did last year) and played with my BB figure waayyy too much to know every single part on him.
ReplyDeleteClues: the hood parts on his arms, the rotating rear window on his ankles, the rear wheels on his feet. All consistent with being the same Deluxe design mold except for a few cosmetic changes to make him the Camaro SS version for the new movie.
My guess would be that the box is actually of a "special" action scene or two to three deluxe figures in one larger box. Hope this helps TF Movie Toy Fans!!
ReplyDeleteThe soundwave looks almost like the same toy we've seen all this time. So naturally that toy is totally mine when it comes out.
ReplyDeletetotally deluxe figures i got like an exclusive battle damaged bumblebee a regular 2008 camaro bumblebee and that old camaro bumblebee so i know bumblebee when i see him i even got the guys autograph from botcon
ReplyDeleteaw man i was hoping soundwave 2 be that armored vehicle picture... that would've been sweet
ReplyDeleteWhat does the different class of transformers mean??
