It took three movies but Sam finally got his upgrade weapon in the form of a Power Glove, at least judging by these pictures that show him using something on his hand. Don't have a clue how it fits into the movie but I am sure the results will lead to some Bayhem. The pictures and more are thanks to Jeff at Pixel Rally and Colin Hinkle who took them at the Wabash and Lake Parking Deck where Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley where taking directions from Michael Bay. If the glove isn't exciting enough there are also pics of Bay's lunch box, using his iPad to show off stuff and defeating Shia in exercise battle. Also below is a video found by Colin that shows some of the action that was being filmed.
a power-glove? omg, this is now becoming super-awesome! cant wait for the first official scenes, teasers and trailers. hopefully we dont have to wait this long anymore!!! please mr bay, give us something for the holidays!

ReplyDeleteok warning here' some spoilers: that's not a powerglove at all, in the movie Sam lost his hand and the new unknown transformer wich is a sientific rebuilds Sam's hand adding an autobot technology fire weapon as the ones from bumble bee and ironhide's (r.i.p.)

ReplyDeleteA friend of mine heard about this apparently the glove is metallic and shoots a laser. Bay was apparently messing about with a broom or something to show the production team what the glove would be doing (The broom handle counting as the laser)

I think she's running in "flats". Just a slight 3/4" heel, not real heels. ^_^ Cowboys can run in those heel heights in rodeos, so I don't see why a lady can't run in them either.

Oh my bad... in one shot you can clearly see her wearing high heels. But when she's running, she's switched out to flats (probably for safety reasons). I think this same intentional continuity occurred in ROTF when Shia and Megan were running out of the library.
ReplyDeleteGuys, look at the pics more closely. Shia has dot markers on his forearm. I don't think it's just his hand that is going to be robotic. It's his whole arm. Or at least part of it.

the autobots probably built it for sam after four years of decepticons up their asses, but they probably told him to only use it in dire situations, i think thats what dempsey was after, and i think sam might kill dempsey with it, we never saw or heard what happened to him right?

OT: I'm very curious what that glove thing is going to be, a prostetic arm sounds awesome, but I think it's more likely a glove, since Sam ran around with a backpack. More new things we can wonder about till the movie or trailer comes.
The robotic arm is a replacement after sam's injury on a decepticon attack, it came from a joking between bay and shia and his true injury on the part 2 then it was an idea to use it somehow on part 3, and this got history from G1: do you remember the episode where spike was so ill and the autobots migrated his soul to a somekind of frankenstein autobot? where did i get this info? i can't tell you because i could be fired from my job!!!
