The site also indicates there is the expected DVD and Blu-ray, a 3D combo pack (so likely 3D Blu-ray, regular edition and Digital Copy) along with a collector's edition with a transformable faction head containing the disc. No details yet on special features, pricing and so forth. A trilogy pack will also be released at the same time. (via TFW2005)

Transformers 3 DVD, Blu-ray Coming in November
ZonaDVD (english) is reporting that Paramount has revealed to them the release time frame of Transformers: Dark of the Moon to DVD and Blu-ray. Seems early to be leaking this kind of information. The indicated release date, at least in the PAL region, is November 2011. That date is likely worldwide and matches the time frame when the previous two movies were released to take advantage of the holiday season.

No Steel collector for DVD ? :'(
ReplyDeleteWonder if there will be a 4 or 5 Disc Pack for DOTM. My guess is that yes there will be one. Here is My Breakdown: 3D Blu-Ray, 2D Blu-Ray, Blu-Ray Special Features DVD, and Digital Copy. At a $40-$50 Price Point. Fingers Crossed!! What do you guys think??
ReplyDeleteAll I am interested in is a bluray version and digital copy. No dvd is necessary. Plus a disc with tons of extras.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I 'd like the blueray, digital and extras disc. I don't have 3d tv, and having both blueray and a regular dvd in the same pack is a waste of money. Not going to use regular dvd if I have the blueray version. Regular dvd should be sold in a seperate pack with the digital and extras. I wish Bay would consider a Director's cut version. I really really wish he would. Waiting 4 months to be able to watch on my laptop is going to kill me, lolz.
ReplyDeletei cant wait to get my hands on this and complete my blu-ray trilogy but 4 now i have 2 wait but ill watch the movie in theaters a few more times MARJOR EPIC SIGH

ReplyDeleteI want an uncut version of the DVD. I would love to see the autobot twins Skids and Mudflap. They actually had some pretty awesome scenes in the comics, but they were, sadly, cut out of the final film. :'(
