As part of a promotional campaign for the Online Bank of Singapore is new image of the Transformers: Age of Extinction versions of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. The campaign includes prizes and other whatevers but doesn't really apply to most fans so the main thing is the cool image. I REALLY LIKE THE NEW DESIGNS!
ReplyDeleteI cant say i an liking the changes in design. Don't get me wrong I like the new looks, I just don't like that Michael bay couldn't keep consistent with the designs and actors. It pissed me off.

ReplyDeleteI think I see a animal/cat face in Bumblebees chest/torso. Lockdown has a similar animal face in his chest and shoulders.

DeleteHowever, Optimus and Bumblebee still have their original robot modes while transforming into Marmon truck and 67 Camaro, so the reason for their appearance will not be left unexplained in the movie itself.
ReplyDeleteBut I still don't know what to say when Ratchet and Leadfoot still look similar than in previous movies. Well, maybe it's only because they'll up under the shadow of new Autobots.
DeleteThe movie designs have always been my all time favorite and despite the change, they still look amazing and gorgeous.
ReplyDeletePrime's look reminds me of a ninja, while Bee's look reminds me more of a gladiator. I think their looks work well with the movie.
ReplyDeleteOP carries the design theme of a medieval knight ( very obvious) but so sad that he is almost entirely blue in color now... and not the iconic red...but anywho it is michael bay we are dealing with so.......

ReplyDeleteI completely agree that Bee looks totally badass. I'm still really really curious as to what Drift looks like. If there's one Bot I'm more slightly more excited about seeing, than Bee, it's Drift.

ReplyDeleteYep stinky is what i smell everytime i see mark's guns , ya know all the gym thingy they don't smell good at all.... YEAH I'm only gonna drink a bit cause when i'm watching this i don't wanna go to the cr and miss a couple of minutes of this... Probably gobble a lot of popcorn and forget about my girlfriend beside me...but i don't even have a gf. So i'll just stick with the movie.....yeah BAYHEM MARKSPLOSIONS PELTZTRUCTION let's do this...... I'm in.
ReplyDeleteCan we see something besides Bumblebee and Optimus? We seen the before the trailer, we seen them all during the trailer, and we are seeing them now after the trailer. We probably going to see them the most in the movie too, so why not show us some new bots?

Outside of maybe a glimpse I don't really expect to see anyone else till the movie. They are going to want to keep some surprises for us to oo and aw over while it's going.

DeleteBee has shirukens? When did he become a Ninja Bot? I hope we get a backstory explaining how that came to be. Was he training with Drift? Of course, if anyone ever watched Transformers Animated, in that series Prowl used shirukens.I wonder if they drew that idea from TA. Interesting. I do like it.

ReplyDeleteI think this movie will be a thriller sci/fi action and adventure. The movie as it is, is a Micheal Bays franchisee and Micheal Bay is a phenomenal Director, He is revolutionized Hollywood to that extent that mocies like these can't be made and never can be made. Hats off to Micheal Bay for the complete series and i want him to make even more films of this sort and set new benchmarks. Way to go sir.
