Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Character Art

Thanks to the official Takara-Tomy Transformers website, we know have the first full official look at all the Transformers that will appear in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts when it hits theaters on June 9, 2023. Some of the images do not include an alt mode but wouldn't read to much into that. My guess is this is art that will be used for the toy packaging and other merchandise from Takara-Tomy and possibly Hasbro. This seems to indicate the full Transformers cast in the movie. 

Autobots: Arcee, Bumblebee, Mirage, Optimus Prime, Stratosphere, Wheeljack 

Maximals: Airazor, Cheetor, Optimus Primal, Rhinox 

Terrorcons: Battletrap, Freezer, Nightbird, Scourge, Transit

 

Transformers Limited Edition Steelbook Set Announced

In time for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Paramount is releasing a limited edition steelbook set of all six previous Transformers movies on May 30, 2023. Its six seperate steelbook cases, each containing a 4K Blu-ray and regular Blu-ray along wit digital codes for the movies. It doesn't appear to have any edition specific special features so assume its the same as has been released already with the individual past 4K releases of the movies. Amazon has the set on pre-order for $153.99 but hopefully that price will drop as get closer to release date. More pictures of the set can be found at TFormers.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts SXSW Statues to Take World Tour

SXSW (South by Southwest) 2023 is currently occurring in Austin Texas. As part of that conference, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts cast appeared to speak with the entertainment press to promote the movie. As part of that, Paramount Pictures had to life size statues built of Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal along with the Porsche 911 3.8 Carrera RS that is the vehicle mode of Mirage. Once you have two ginormous, detailed statues built, might as well use them so Paramount has also revealed a world wide tour to help promote the movie which hits US theaters June 9. Some of the dates overlap so wondering if there are several sets of statues. Below are some of the images and can find the full set from Paramount Pictures at TFormers.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Standee Provides Look at TF Cast

Thanks to a movie theater standee, here is the first real good look at the Autobot and Maximal cast that will appear in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. To emphasize the difference between them, the Maximal cast is in their beast mode with Cheetor, Rhinox, Optimus Primal and Airazor. On the Autobot side have Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz and Arcee.
