Another New Transformers TV Spot
A new Transformers TV spot aired during the NBA Game 4 Finals bring the total to 3 in just the last couple day (see other two here). This one shows most of Bonecrusher's transformation, close-up of Megatron, and more of the tackle of Optimus. Its mostly new footage rather so definitely worth a look. Thanks to Tigerclaw for the video capture on YouTube and the link.

ReplyDeletehow you people catch these tv spots when they are all aired at random? is there some advanced warning that they gonna be on or do folk sit their all day waiting for the adds to come on with your finger hovering over the REC button?!
actually... thniking about it; considering which programme the spots are aired between, most folk are probably recordin' the finals anyway. i'm a brit so we over here dont get or understand all the hype about the nba finals, mlb world series (why call it a WORLD series when only US teams can enter!!!!!!) or super bowl. why not have the team or 'franchise' (as you have it over there) who finishes top of the league after the regular season win the league/become championship?! wouldn't that be a mindblowing but completely normal twist! note the sarcasm. and what is the deal with team 'franchises' over there. surely the team should be rooted to the same town/city/location/stadium rather then being able to uproot and shift sticks whenever it fancies?!!!!
anyway, back to my main point. consider all the spots that could have been missed if aired outside major events like the finals. seeing as the film is based around a kid's toyline, there could be loads of spots aired during the day when parents at work and kids at home and we wouldn't be any the wiser... unless you had all those recorded... which would raise the question why the hell you recording kiddies programmes you FREAKS!!!!
bonecrusher's transformation looks cool! like the way he digs his claws into the road to slow himself down. i'm guessing he's driven past prime in the opposite direction then wants to kick his ass... but then again how would he know it would be prime and not just a normal hi-ab??
ReplyDeleteand why have we still not seen any footage of brawl or ratchet? like i've said before, i doubt those 2 guys are gonna be the main focus of the action. hiding prime and megatron would be fully understandable, i.e. not want to reveal the main guys, but brawl and ratchet?! come on! the only footage of brawl we've seen so far is at the beginning of the game intro posted a few days back... it looked one of the best so far but how different are the game transformations gonna be to the film? can't imagine a tank transforming at 80mph!!

Clip just keeps "Loading..." for me. How long does this generally take? I'm already posting my second comment (btw, awesome site, bro! I'm having a "droolfest" here.) and the damn thing is still loading!
ReplyDeleteI think that was the best transformation yet, with Bonecrusher. It was just how the camera was angled...awesome.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE these spots! But to be honest, I'd rather not see a buncha scenes and then be spoiled so much that the SURPRISE factor is dwindled somehow. I wanna go into the theater and expect to see so much stuff that my eyes will be GLUED! So I'm actually happy that there's so much secrecy and lots of cool scenes are being held back. I wanna be surprised!
