Bumblebee at The Boneyard

As previously reported, TF2 production is now at the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (The Boneyard). Seibertron and Superherohype (via Flickr) forums have some pictures to prove it. The pictures show Bumblebee vehicle hanging around and production filming around a C17 (I think) C-130 (thanks Mike) which might mean they are filming scenes that match with footage shot with a C17 at White Sands a few weeks ago.

  5. "P.s is it me or does bumblebee look diferent?"

  6. Any Ideas, as to whats going on in this scene? any suggestions?

definitely not being transported in broken down airplanes.

  7. BB seems to have different alloys, a grill on his bonnet... and he no longer seems yellow. Worringly, he seems a little 'golden'!!! Let's all pray, plead and hope that he isn't reformatted in the new film as Goldbug!

Hasbro have already stated that they want as little change as possible to recurring characters so as not to exploit fans likely to purchases the merchandise/toys... which frankly surprises me! Although surprising it is, nevertheless, very good of them.

From the sound of things there is going to be so many new robots in the 2nd film there will be too many (new) toys for TF1 characters to compete with. Parents are very unlikely going to buy another BB just cos he has a grill or different wheels, whereas they are far more likely to buy a new toy.character altogether.

It would just be a waste of Hasbro's time, money and resources to 'tweak' existing toys, which are unlikely to sell well, when they can make a massive push on all the new characters to be introduced... whoever they may be!

  9. i think its not bumblebee. . .
but anyway, how did it come there and what are those planes ?

  10. ok, while you guys are going over BB's new look(or should i same look for last 4 months)....anyone notice the car under the cover behind BB in couple of shots?

Why is that one under cover?

    hmmm

  11. Yeah!! I see it too.

It's like they parted it far away. And then when it got closer, they put that van in the way to block for onlookers.

    HMMMMMMM, too!

And what is the parachute thing they are using to film with?

I assume, since the Decepticons have a sh!t ton on robots that fly, maybe they find one hiding out or the Autobots found a way to make "new" robots. Thus, using and old plane, come to life.
    Just a thought.

    HMMMMMMMM!!!

  12. going along with the previous post, it would be fitting, seeing as Optimus has that piece of allspark. The Autobots could transform earth vehicles into more bots.

  13. Minor detail, but those planes aren't C-17's, they're C-130's.

  14. I think the scissor lift is a Decepticon!

  15. Maybe the autobots are there to use the splinter to make the aerialbots to fight devastator! A dude can dream....

    ReplyDelete
  16. You have to assume that if the decepticons have Devastator...the autobots will have something to equal it. i'm not a long time fan, but there's got to be a multi-autobot that can match the size of devastator.
    right?

i agree...OP has a piece of allspark. he can make new robots.

hence megatron coming back. he's not going to be on the bad guy side. Starscream will be leading them.
    right? wrong?

  17. Optimus may have the piece of allspark, to make new autobots, but M. Bay propably doesn't have money, to put another combiner in the movie, so it's a "NO" for autobot gestalt...

  18. no huh. who are you to say he doens't have money. lol

when had m bay every stop at budget. all his movies go over budget.
    lol

  19. "when had m bay every stop at budget. all his movies go over budget."

And with movies you had in mind...?

  20. And you want to tell me that he just go into Dreamworks office and says "hey guys, give me anothet x milion dolars, 'cos i want to put another 5 TF in the movie, that will merge into another even bigger TF"?

    ReplyDelete
  21. ok smart guy, tell me how much money the last movie made....think about that for a bit...then ask yourself if m bay wanted a few million more to add another stupid robot...would you give it to him??
knowing you will get your money back and then some.

    of course. dumbass

    Pearl Harbor. Bad boys 2

    ReplyDelete
  22. Another stupid robot? Yeah, maybe. But another 5 STUPID ROBOTS, THAT MERGE INTO ONE BIG STUPID ROBOT? Uh, can't realy see this. And realy, why are so agressive?

    "Pearl Harbor. Bad boys 2"

Oh yeah, and i bet that this movie needed soooo much more cash to be done...

  23. Kids, Kids...calm down.

The post from above is right, kind of. Unfortunately Michael Bay can ask for just about whatever he wants now. Next to The Dark Knight, this is the best Dreamworks has come to box office records. I'm think TF2 will have a shot at breaking TDK's record. GI Joe just doesn't seem to have the hype like this one.
So, yes, maybe MB can ask for a few $$ more if it means big success.

Here's my point...MB has shown he will include cool robots, dorky ones, mean robots, and little cute ones(Chevy trax and beat).
So IF, and I say IF, he uses this Devastator...there's no dought he won't use something to top it.
Maybe this movie is the one where Decepticons win.
Enjoy these posts...can't wait for movie.

  28. scissor Lift is industry oriented workstations that combine a large amount of the tools required by electricians into the scissor lift platform. The workstations for electricians comprise a work bench with partitions for components and tools, a medium rack and a wire tree that can embrace up to six spools of wire.
