As for John Goodman, yep that is the big man himself who most recently reprised the voice of Sullivan in Monsters University. Ken Watanabe is not nearly as famous in the US as he should be but the rest of the world is familiar with him for his decades long career and will show up in Godzilla next week. John Dimaggio is quickly becoming this generations Frank Welker as he seems to voicing everything under the sun including Bender from Futurama.
