Bumblebee Close-Up; Concept Corvette TF Pic?
As many have already noticed, he has been sporting some changes since he last seen in Transformers. From Jalopnik come two more close-up pictures that let you see how different he is. Apparently he is so different, he's actually a new Camaro concept car, the 2010 Chevy Camaro Z28. I think. There is also a shot of a Corvette concept car (same as this?).

ReplyDeleteThe camaro looks a little different for a reason GM and the transformers movie producers are testing different ideas for the production version of the camaro. The color is different, the rims, the hood( Maybe testing new engine parts like a supercharger with the scoop). This is a win win for GM the only way you can test vehicle dynamics, appearance,performance modifications, new rims styles is with a blockbuster film where it can be seen by a lot of people and they get feedback about it. Look at the black grill with smoke headlights its just a concept piece because gm cant affort you seeing the final production piece. Look at the front carbon fiber lip spoiler another concept piece its a gm accessorie for a future production model.You noticed some black air ducts below the grill its a cooling piece for the brakes.Thats also what i think its a near production piece for a maybe a special model in the future. And finally the rims look different,thats just to keep you people from looking the big picture bumblebee 2 its just a running prototype of what you may see in the production model but gm cant show you all of it until the detroit auto show 2009. ReplyDeleteI really think in this movie the Decepticons will kick the autobots ass. It's the only way to do it, Autobots won the first movie, get their ass kicked.. Bumble bee a trader? who knows, but I'd like to see some autobots get their ass handed to em
ReplyDeleteI know that this might be a little far fetched, but is it possible that the silver car may actually be the AutoBot "Tracks" in his car mode?? On Teletraan I on wikia entertainment, it states that "Tracks" is "well-endowed with a sleek,muscular, and tastefully decorated sports car mode" but has considerable armament and can deploy hidden wings....and it is from the Generation 1 Transformers...

Jalopnik is the best place to get new pics of stuff going on in the auto industry but they are by far the WORST at any information of any sort about the Auto Industry. There articles are always bias. You gotta hate them more then love them, but they are good at getting pics that no one has. I wouldnt read into anything they say, just look at there pics and make up your own conclusion. Its like looking at a really pretty girl and then trying to pick her up because of the interest but then hating yourself for talking to her cause she sounds like Mike Tyson and shes dumb as a sack of rocks.
