Detroit's WXYZ has a report from the Chicago Auto Show about GM's Transformer press conference. As part of that report they showed about 3 or seconds of new movie footage probably taken from Friday's teaser trailer. The footage shows Bumblebee driving into frame (in Sam's neighborhood I think), tumbling into robot mode and shooting downward at something. The video is here. Thanks to Chris for the link.

Newscast Shows New Bumblebee Footage

ReplyDeleteThat would certainly explain why his head is darting around and he's shooting downwards. At first I thought it must be Ravage he was aiming at, because aren't all the other Decepticons taller than him?

Nice clip even with the crappy video quality. I still rank movie Bumblebee as one of the best TF designs of all time personally. And the concept camaro deluxe figure from the first movie still impresses me. Looking forward to seeing how the new figure works and transforms, with Sam being able to actually sit inside.

Is it just me or have I noticed a bit of in improvement in some of the action scenes. I know one of the big complaints of the last movie was the fight scenes looked so quick and blurry, rushed or whatever, so far, I don't see that. I don't want to jump the gun neither but has anyone else noticed the improvement in what we HAVE seen.

ReplyDeletedid anyone see the video playing behind the reporter it had ironhide and prime following the audi r8 but it wasnt chasing it, i dont think that R8 is all bad i think there is going to be some big twist with some of these characters because thing about it when they showed the chase scenes way back at the steel mill and on the trailer what decipticon do you know that runs from fighting and autobot
