German website AreaDVD has a new advertisement for the DVD/Blu-ray release of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen that lists a November release date and different cover art then that found on Play.com.
The picture isn't very big but it appears to be a variation of the Bethlehem Steel poster with the factory moved to the left side and the pyramids replaced with an action frame. In addition, despite just coming out last week GI Joe is apparently getting a December release date to take advantage of the holiday season. The red and blue squares refer to the movie's rating for Germany. Thanks to Freddi for the link.

I just found out from Wikipedia there will possibly be aleader class Grindor!!!!!!!! Here is what they said
ReplyDelete"Some highly anticipated concept art of a "leader class" Grindor/Blackout was released at Hasbro Q&A session in a Transformers convention on August 10, 2009;Chicago, Illinois. It revealed a completely new mold, which would be approximately 25 centimeters tall in robot mode, and many features including lights and sounds; it would have a "movie-accurate" blade-weapon, two removable shoulder cannons,a 1 inch gatling gun on his right arm, and a firing chest weapon similar to the one seen on Blackout in the first film. Currently there are no photos for the vehicle mode. Also unclear if a Scorponok figure is included"
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bullshit. Go look for this year BotCon raport on TFW 2005, it was said, that next leader from movieverse will be Starscream. I don't even know, where this idiot who posted that on wikipedia found that, because ther was no info about Grindor/Blackout on Seibertron, TFW 2005, TFormers, or Allspark, and trust me, they would already wrote about that if that was true.
this has absolutely nothing to do with the dvd/bluray release of the movie! go on bluray.com, there is some info for a uk release date. there will be 5 versions of the movie: a single disc dvd, a 2-disc special edition dvd and a 2-disc dvd box together with the first movie (1 disc per movie).
ReplyDeletefor bluray there is a 3-disc special edition with lots of extras and the imax scenes and there´s a box löike the one for dvd (just movie, no extras) with 2 discs. releasedate is november 30th.
I like the picture of half primes face and half the fallens face
ReplyDeleteWikipedia, eh? A site that anyone can edit. Claims something about a convention I can't even find evidence for on the web. And doesn't credit a source. Suuuuure.
