Transformers 4 Hound and Galvatron Video Reviews

Two more video reviews for those looking start their Transformers: Age of Extinction toy line collection. The first review is for Voyager Hound that might just be the first toy in the line that I might consider getting with a two great modes despite the simplified transformation. In the second review Voyager Galvatron looks good in truck mode but the robot mode is meh. Might be more interested depending on how the repaint looks (and there is always a repaint, just a matter of when).

  1. Already 100% sold on the AOE toyline. Even when other fans call a figure "meh" from the movie lines, they are still a guaranteed purchase by me. But I'm a big time movie fan, just think the robot designs are amazing.

  5. Tfcollect: I'm like the leaderclass Optimus prime for this line. It isn't bad all and the color schemes look great with the chrome and all. So many complained about the ROTF leader Optimus about the lack of chrome, well here they gave it to us. Now you don't have to buy Takara to get it. The voyager class Hound is really nice too, only real complaint is the ugly hand guards and the lack of the camouflage paint scheme presented in the movie version. Would've given it that extra bang for the buck. All those weapons and the way they attach was a nice touch. The Galvatron?!...not so much, They could've went in a different direction with the transformation and still kept it simple. ROTF Megatron was ans still is the most simplistic leaderclass figure in all the movie line and it was great and didn't sacrifice detail. They could've done the same with this voyager class figure, the back kibble is too much and grossly henders poseability and the color scheme is lackluster and drab. His robot mode in full frontal look ok, but the lack of paint takes away from it. I certainly hope that he has a leader class, Hasbro needs to apologize for not having one for DOTM leader Megatron and Shockwave. Unfortunately I don't think we're going to get one being as though Hasbro has again produced a leader class Bumblebee for this movie line. I like Bumblebee as much as everyone else, but please enough is enough. If they consider to change intricate transformation for lazy complainants, then perhaps they should also consider giving us the leader class figure we demand that are official to the size of their CGI counterpart. Then we all can be happy and get what we want.
