Behind the Magic for Transformers: Age of Extinction
Below is a new "Behind the Magic" video from the ILM Visual FX YouTube channel that shows off how some of the visual effects were done for Transformers: Age of Extinction.
I can't say that Transformers was a great movie, but you definitely can't stop watching it. That's not to say I understood what went on. But I enjoyed this video just to see one aspect of how exactly Bayhem happens. I've read somewhere else (can't remember exactly - anyone else remember) that Bay's aesthetic is actually quite effective at producing stress reactions (rising heart rate, sensory overload) in people. There's a new stress-measuring watch that had test subjects watch Transformers 4 and the subject's heart rate went nuts.
