First Look at Transformers: Age of Extinction Optimus Prime Toy
A new image with found by TFW2005's yizhi521 provides the first look at the toy version of Transformers: Age of Extinction Optimus Prime. The class is hard to determine but the level of detail makes me think its either voyager or leader class. The look closely matches the official image of Prime.

Looks badass!
ReplyDeleteMuch better than the first one we saw
ReplyDeleteDefinitely looks like they are going the samurai direction.
ReplyDeleteStill much junk though.
ReplyDeleteMuch junk is all the other movies if you are hater go out immediately you must go and see Hobbits instead the junkiest of all !!!
ReplyDeleteApexformer: It's the same figure just with a tad more detail. Does anyone else see"Grimlock" in the top right corner?!
ReplyDeletelol LEFT top corner.... anywayz Prime looks badass can't wait to see his transformation... and Grimlocks...
DeleteI do. Says Grimlock class something
ReplyDeleteLooks like it was a instruction manual for gridlock
ReplyDeleteGrimlock*
DeleteI am guessing the last word is Destruction, Destroyer or something. Not sure if it's an instruction manual though. I would say it is probably the advertisement booklet that comes in the packages
ReplyDeleteYou can see Grimlocks t-rex face in the upper left hand corner just above the sheild.
ReplyDeleteho fucking god, optimus hhas kidnapp the millenium !!!
ReplyDeleteI like the new design of Prime, just really loved the sword that replaced his hand (in the first 3 movies) compared to the hand held sword he now has. Love the stacks on his back!
ReplyDeletei think is fake....
ReplyDeletei think you are fake !! volture32
DeleteLol at anyone thinking it's fake...
ReplyDeleteThis one could possibly be the leader class because he has a completely new shield on his arm and those side things on his shoulders are shorter then the other optimus prime shown and on the first optimus prime photo the front of his truck form ended on the bottom of his legs and on this one it's on his back so it in fact could be the leader class version.unless the front of the truck could be moved to the back and Hasbro changed his shield and kinda chromed him up???
ReplyDeleteDudemus: that toy catalog had "Titan Class" on it. Go back and see. This could possibly be that class. The other figure they showed didn't have as much detail as this. Look at his ankles. The other figure had the whole front end of the truck as his calfs and ankles. Anyway, I can't wait to see him in hand. Who I'm also looking forward to is (don't clown me) Hound. I loved Ironhide and he is a perfect replacement.
ReplyDeleteWhere are you seeing Titan Class? Upper right corner and bottom right corner clearly says (something) Grimlock Class Destroyer.
ReplyDeleteOther than that the figure looks awesome and can't wait to see it in CGI
Dudemus:no not on the box, on the earlier toy catalog that had come out with the characters sizes and some had codenames. Well on the toy log it has Titan Class they are suppose to be 16" figures. Only Optimus and Grimlock names were under that class.
ReplyDeleteIf this IS the real deal, then I will be buying him when he comes out (hopefully through Takara)
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I'm not so crazy about how Hound looks. I'm also not sure how I feel about the possible renditions of Bee. So far, my little collection has almost all Bots except for one Con (Skywarp). I intend on getting Ultra Magnus, Blurr, Red Alert, Bluestreak and Thundercracker next.
ReplyDeleteIf that is the bloody leader class, were in for a long sequel... that looks disgusting, no proper raio to size or anything, it just doesn't look right me. remember the badass optimus optimus prime and jetfire and ROTF? that is a true leader class.
