If this video seems familiar as a reader commented, this is the feature that came with the 20th Anniversary DVD edition of Transformers: The Movie (animated). Just confirmed with my copy. I think it also popped on YouTube at the time but can't remember for sure.

ReplyDeleteOdd. I noticed the Transformer sound as the logo did it's thing there. I thought Bay was not found of the Transformer sound? Otherwise looked okay, as always keeping the CG characters as a surprise.
ReplyDeleteI heard from wikipedia that they intended on using the classic transformation sound, or so I thought it said. So keep your hopes up!
