The below pictures show three lovely women getting ready for a scene. They are all dressed identically, with same hairstyles and outfits that would be out of character for Michaela (Megan Fox) to wear. Blue jeans, a shirt and a plain leather jacket would fit that character more.
From the call sheets, the three Can-Am Spyders (commenters think Arcee may be 2 Trikes instead which were also on the call sheet) are referred to as Arcee Motorcycles and in scene descriptions the plural ("bikes") is used. There are also two of the Arcee drivers specfically identified, Jessie Graff (Arcee Rider #1)and Melissa Hartman (Arcee Rider #2). From a quick Google search, Jessie Graff is an experienced stunt woman who has worked on Die Hard 4, The Dark Knight, and GI Joe. I think Melissa Hartman is the married name of Melissa Stubbs who has done stunts on Indiana Jones 4, Battlestar Galactica, and Bionic Woman. I guess the third woman was picked from the casting call that occured last month.
Considering the precedent of hologram drivers from the first movie, it makes sense that Arcee would use three hologram drivers when she is in vehicle mode. Three bikes and three drivers, strikes me as more validation that that Arcee's vehicle mode is three Can-Am Spyders.
There is a post on tfw2005 that say a person there say he and a friend saw a Arcee motorcycle speed past them that looks like the movie toy but with more decals and the strike forces members where riding the three wheel cycles or trikes
ReplyDeleteYeah, I think that Arcee is just a motorcycle, the same one that her concept by Ben Procter was based on.
ReplyDeleteIt is possible that she has three drivers for different jobs. Stunts, Speed Racing, and Model. The stunt girl would do stunts on the motorcycle. The racer would do high speed chases on the motorcycle. The hot model would be used for close-up shots.
hope someone notices one has different flat boots and two have high heels. Also one has silver studs around the waist of her jacket and the others do not
ReplyDeleteIf you are talking about the second pic, two of the three have the belt on, with the third one in the process of being handed a belt.
ReplyDeletePlease stop looking for things that aren't there, just so you can bitch about something.
yeah, I think arcee's only gonna be one motorcycle with the other two bikes used as back ups or used for different shots(like the first poster said...)
ReplyDeleteArcee is NOT the Can-Am Spyder - the call sheet lists 2 "trikes" (the Spyders) and 3 motorcycles - and I have reports from eye witnesses who say that the real Arcee motorbike is indeed a pink racing bike, just like the toy. The Spyders are driven by the chinese police in the movie.
ReplyDeleteThe "chick" with the boots that DONT have high heels was rumored to be a man. :O Dunno if thats true.
ReplyDeleteBut its interesting to note that one of the 3 girls don't have high heels.
Yeah the one is a man. I was on set and took some of the same pics. The pic in the top left corner of the four the man is on the right and same for the bottom right pic. I talked to a crew member and he said three chicks are drivers and the man is a stunt double for all three...
ReplyDeleteHey, great comments/logic on the foto details. Emotionally, Arcee - maybe as the lone fem TF - should be a solo cycle. It's one thing to have combiners from 2-6 individual TFs, or even TWIN TFs like the rumored Chinese ice cream truck. Those makes sense and you still got identities to like/hate. But to have ARCEE or any TF made of 2 or 3 pcs. of a whole, without personalities and just holographic babes is a downer. So you'd only identify with the TF only after she's transformed? That be a dead end. Biker babes with a bike/trike(s) we don't care about.
ReplyDeleteone of the girls is a friend of mine, the one taken in the casting call. Arcee is made of 3 bikes the pink being the lead.
ReplyDeleteThe third Arcee driver is actually Lauren Cashatt from south carolina. Add to,There are also two of the Arcee drivers specfically identified, Jessie Graff (Arcee Rider #1)and Melissa Hartman (Arcee Rider #2).
ReplyDeleteI think Arcee is a combiner in the oposite way. What i mean is she turns into her true robot mode but breaks of into diffrent bikes for her vechile mode(s).
ReplyDeletetoo bad Arcee did not bind with cromnia & moonracer in the movie... & the hologram riders just appear few seconds on screen only.
ReplyDeletethe bikes just play a tiny role in TF2. Hopefully there's more in TF3?!
they wont be in TF3 they die in TF2: arcee(pink one) says to sam+mikaela"come with us" then long haul shoots her and chromia(blue one) rushes over to arcee and in turn get shot. Moonracer doesn't die but there are rumours that at the end Mikaela(sams girlfriend)was riding moonracer but i didnt look close enough. Maybe moonracer'll be in TF3.i hope so.
ReplyDeletearcee and FLAREUP did not die. they just were severely injured. michael bay would be a complete idiot if he though he could just kill off a legendary autobot like her.
ReplyDeleteno, sorry i made a mistake but it's not flareup its chromia, but if you mean the purple one is flareup,i think your right,im just a bit confused about her,as they never made rotf flareup/moonracer,whatever you call her.i guess they wont make her because it would be too hard as her hand carries one of her wheels, but, arcee and chromia did definitely die.optimus might of been able to take a shot like that, but long haul is too powerful.by the way, that guy before the comment above this one, thats me, and transformers.com said they die. poor moonracer is all alone now.
ReplyDeletenice post love reading it.
