Transformers 4 Filming at Blue Cross Blue Shield Tower Gallery

Sunday filming for Transformers 4 continued at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Tower in Chicago. Spotted on set was Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor and Nicola Peltz. As for the vehicles, in addition to two new concept cars, you had both Bumblebees (1967 Chevy Camaro SS and 2014 Chevy Concept Camaro) which makes me wonder if the transition from one to the other occurs here for whatever they are filming. For Sunday, a lot of filming was inside and outside the lobby of the building mostly with extras with some driving scenes with the Autobot fleet. The production also has the cars on display for the public to see but not touch when were not being used for various scenes. Which takes us to the gallery of images (below) thanks to Colin H. of the known Autobot fleet, Peltz & Reynor, extras and vehicle details.

  1. I'm hoping Sideswipe is either that Lambo or the Corvette (just because the call sheet refers to the Vette by a different name, doesn't mean it's the actual name)

    1. Have we seen only production names in call sheets of previous films?

    2. And by the way, why would they refer characters from previous films with production names?

  2. Hmmm, maybe to keep the fans from knowing exactly which Bots (outside of Optimus, Bee and Hound)are going to be in the new film. Maybe to keep new and improved alt forms a surprise. I've seen it done before. Many names on paper don't necessarily translate to the names they use onscreen.

    1. http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/transformers-movie-9/possible-characters-not-returning-in-transformers-4-178355/ Well for Sideswipe and Dino we can forget it. I already posted this into another article.

    2. Sideswipe's real name was mentioned in film by Lennox, but in ROTF call sheet referred as "Stinger" just like Wheelie was referred as "Wheels". Twins were not referred individually, but their names were mentioned in film only by themselves. Arcee and Jetfire were referred with real names in call sheet, but Stinger and Wheels were not even names of characters of any other continuity. In AOE call sheet Drift and Crosshairs are names of existing characters, but Lambo and Pagani are just car names. COnfusing but all we know for a fact from call sheets of all films.

    3. Wait a sec, we don't even know what vehicle Cyclonus is. But he must be a car, because he was in that category in call sheet along with other cars (including human vehicles). We don't even know if he's the Freightliner since I don't remember to have seen it in Chicago.

  3. Yup, I know where you got that info from about Bots possibly not returning. All I have to say to that is, keep in mind all this "info" is coming from fan run sites. Outside of actual confirmation and info given by or approved of by Bay , all we really have are theories and speculation. Other then official confirmation given by Bay, fan sites info is of the "I heard from a friend of a friend who knows a guy who supposedly talked to a guy who cares for the cars" variety. In other words, unless it's OFFICIAL info from Bay, don't believe what you read on fan run sites as being any type of official word. ; )

    1. Nelson is an administrator in Shoot For The Edit forums. His information is always official (except once he reported mistakenly about Que and Brains in DOTM, and later corrected it).

    2. And Shoot For The Edit is an official Michael Bay forum.

  4. I'm sorry, but I honestly can't put much stock into what he says as anything other than speculation. Just because he's an admin doesn't mean a whole lot to me.If he isn't directly involved with making the movie or part of Bay's immediate crew, then I personally can't take what is said as anything other then speculation.Nothing against Nelson, but unless it comes directly from Bay himself or his immediate crew, I take what is said with a grain of salt.

    1. You're the only person who I've ever seen to think like that. Many more trust those forums. But people are different. To stop this arguing I won't reply to you anymore.

  5. Being a member of many fandoms, I can honestly say that there are plenty others who do think like that. I mean no disrespect to Nelson or those who follow him. It's just my personal opinion based off past experiences. I respectfully agree to disagree and leave it at that.

    1. VERY COOL! I honestly wished I still lived near Chicago. I'd be downtown every other freaking day.
