While the fan created Omega Supreme remains my favorite so far, Rolling Thunder Optimus Prime might come a close second. Created by Encline Designs, this huge 27'' tall Prime figure was inspired by unused art from long time Transformer artist Don Figueroa. The result of its size is it’s nearly in scale to the typical GI Joe toy and seems to make the perfect accessory to any GI Joe collection. Below are a few images, the rest can be found here. If you have a few thousand dollars lying around, the figure is now up on EBay.
OMG! I got the Rolling Thunder toy from my uncle when I was a kid and was pretty much the best GIJoe vehicle there was. I would actually use it as part of my battles with GIJoes and Transformers. Im keeping back tears looking at this.
