Shockwave and Soundwave Movie Style Mock-Ups

TFormers.com has posted two images for the heads of Soundwave and Shockwave, supposedly for Transformers 2. The site and I thinks its more likely a fan mock up since there isn't even a script for the film but darned if they don't look good. Its a fantastic mix of the movie style with the G1 look many know and love.

Jazz Pics From Maxim

MaximOnline apparently had some pics of Jazz, probably due to their in magazine advertising campaign for the Pontiac Solstice. TFW2005 mirrored the images and now so have I below.
As you probably noticed some of those pictures have a website logo on them. That is Killer3, which redirects to MaximOnline, which is a promotion between Maxim, Transformers and Pontiac. The site is has a contest with grand prize being a trip to Hollywood for premiere of Transformers, meet Megan Fox and get a Pontiac Solstice.

The site also provides access to pics and the like including some very hot pics of Megan Fox who is quite photogenic. The site requires registration, including email, phone number and address so just be aware you are signing up for junk mail and spam from Maxim and Pontiac.

Hi-Res Transformers Pictures

New Hi-Res pics have hit the web that show various movie Transformers with some fantastic details. Blackout remains my favorite design while Starscream continues to be the ugliest. The pics are from a the Lunchables website that has a promotional partnership with the movie. Those images where then reproduced via the Michael Bay blog. I grabbed the images from the Serve with Chips blog. Thanks to Mitchell Z, Lucas C and Maximus for the info. Oops mislabeled Ironhide, added Jazz, now corrected.

Poll: Optimus Prime With or Without Faceplate

Michael Bay's website is having an informal poll to see what people would prefer, Optimus Prime with his faceplate or without. Nothing in the post indicates it official by any means or will impact what is or is not done in regards to the movie, but feel free to let you opinion known because it can't hurt either.

Barricade Footage from Conan O'Brien

StarWars.comNBC has posted footage of a visit from Conan O'Brien visiting ILM. Of note (besides the work space) is a glimpse of Barricade. The footage, maybe all of five seconds long, occurs about two minutes in.

Orci: Optimus Lips Still Open For Discussion

According to a post from Roberto Orci, one of the Transformers writers, the issue of Optimus lips are still on the table for discussion in regards to staying or going. The lips, as seen in a leaked trailer, where denied by Bay, but according to a preview review they are still in. Orci posted, "Workin on it. Complain on every board you can think of if it's important to you," indicating if there is enough noise, the lips might go. I am thinking the lips will stay as the design of Optimus early on included a mouth and if intended no lips they would have just kept the face plate and not bothered with a no face plate look. I guess will have to wait until July 4th to see what happens.

Run Shia Run!: Barricade Chase Image

Another image has hit the web from Entertainment Weekly, the same issue as the Optimus image, that shows an excellent shot of an angry Barricade chasing after Shia. I am not sure but in the upper right, it looks like Prime is about to interfere with the chase. Either way, an excellent image that invokes danger and fear.

Transformers CGI Design Sheets Megapost

TFW2005 found eBay seller "antear" has posted many auctions that covers pretty much every Transformers that will show up in the upcoming movie. It also includes to movie stills. If look at some of the designs, the names have changed a little such as Brawl and Barricade indicating these sheets are from last year pre-production plans, but the overall designs seem to match pretty closely recent pictures of some of the Transformers, especially the toy designs. It makes me think that these are the either the final designs or just a version away from being them. Sorry for the size but I guess the eBay seller wanted to make sure people would buy them.

This is a long post with many pictures some of which are repeats from previous posts. I am going to start with what is the best of the lot in my opinion, and whoever is putting the next trailer together, a sequence with this kind of image needs to be in the trailer. It helps to drive home that we are going to be watching a live action Transformers movie.
