Thanks to Ian, below are links to five high resolution Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen posters from the Movie Viral forums. The amount of detail in the various Transformers is pretty awesome to look at.
Update: Sadly it seems the pictures have been pulled or maybe a bandwidth exceeded type thing. I will leave the links up just in case as hopefully they will get posted again.

RoTF Retail Posters
Thanks to site reader Luis, below are some pictures he snapped with his camera phone of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen posters that showed up at Sports Authority. They retail for $5.99 and show off Bumblebee, Megatron, and the main Autobot and Decepticon characters. Probably just a matter of time before they show up everywhere.

New Transformers 2 IMAX Poster
Below is the poster for the IMAX screening of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. While similar in design, this poster is not identical to previous posters as Bumblebee is in a new pose and the detail is greater. Thanks to ghola_tleilaxu for the link.

New Transformers: RoTF Poster
A new poster for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has hit Yahoo! Movies. It is not more character posters from before but does feature Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. That is Bethlehem Steel (as Shanghai, China) in the top-right corner, the location the movie started filming last June. Thanks to EBJM and dreamsdeath for the heads-up.

New Theatre Standee (Update)
MTV has posted an image of the planned Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen standee that will probably start popping up in theaters in time for the second trailer with Wolverine. It is nearly identical in form to the first movie's display. Thanks to Scorpio for the link.

Update: AICN has posted a hi-res picture of the standee which you can find here. Thanks to DeceptiFreak for the link.
Side note: Cut the crap in the comments. All movie theories are essentially valid right now and remain so until new official information or the movie comes out.

Transformers 2 Poster Redux (Updated)
Same poster from the other day, bigger size via TFormers. Still no word if this is an international poster or not. Thanks to minime for the link.

Update: Looking at the various threads and the comments, it seems most fans think the poster is fake as it uses elements of previousily released production pictures and an old render of Optimus Prime. Pretty good arguments, it could be fake, I don't know. So just a reminder, unless it comes from the mouths of someone from production such as Bay, the cast, etc, or from Hasbro (say through toy pics), all information remains purely in the "rumor" column. It doesn't matter how sure we are, at the end of the day it is not like we can call up Bay and go "hey is this true?" so it all comes down to best guesses and possibilities based on the information we have at that moment in time. On June 24th (btw, that move has not been verified officially) we will get to see just how close we were at figuring it all out (and hopefully get blown away by CGI TF goodness to boot). To me the stars on all posters should read "Optimus Prime" and other TF cast not Shia LaBeouf and co.

First Look: New Transformers 2 Poster (Updated)

Update: I think my poor phrasing above caused some confusion. By "final poster" I was referring to The Fallen face version only where there is the face mostly hidden in shadows, photoshop enhanced version and now as the link above takes you, the full CGI rendered face glaring at you. It wouldn't surprise me if multiple posters are released stateside and elsewhere over the next few months so a final poster in the marketing series for the movie is probably a ways off.

Enhanced Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Poster
Thanks to Bilal, below is an enhanced version of the official poster for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen that reveals more details of the Tranformer face. Click image for larger size.

Below is a quick snapshot of the various candidate faces we have so far. The first is Jetfire who has a vertical lined "beard" that the poster face doesn't have. The second one is Soundwave, who comes pretty darn close except he has one eye and a "mouth" while the poster doesn't. However, the toys have to be "locked" nearly six months to a year ago to meet manufacturing deadlines while Michael Bay and company can make adjustments as they see fit. Also of note is how similar to the Decepticon logo the face is (something Soundwave shares). It’s possible that a story point, supported byAlliance #4 Defiance #1 prequel cover is that "The Fallen" rather then Megatron is the creator of the Decepticons.

Update: At this point, I am going to assume the image in the poster is The Fallen until get evidence to the contrary. I could write out a long explanation but TheHDRoom already did it so why re-invent the wheel.

Official Transformers 2 Poster (Update)

Okay it's time to turn up the heat on Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen. We've waited low in the weeds letting all the summer movies get their stuff out. We've seen the great year end movies, and watched the upcoming clips of the upcoming summer fare. We've seen certain movies coming out even try to duplicate Transformer size robots in their ads. Please, come on.Currently the theory on forums and here is that the image on the poster is actually Jetfire. All we have to go on facially for Jetfire is his Legends toy which doesn't have much in details but there are enough to make comparisons. Both have read eyes, both have a "ribbed" look on the sides of the face, and the nose shape seems similar. By no means is it decisive but it does seem likely. Does that make Jetfire the Fallen? Possibly since "fallen" could mean so many things but for no I am sticking with no.
Well, I promise you we will rock your world with Transformers 2. The fans wanted ROBOTS KICKING ASS - well we got it. Today we are releasing the teaser poster and soon the onslaught will continue with a steady drum beat until June 26th.
I'll keep you informed.
Bay
Updates: TFormers.com has a high resolution image of the poster which you can find here. Also, if want to see the entire face, an enhanced version is here.
TF2 Teaser Posters Revealed?
The new teaser poster for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen may have been revealed via an eBay auction. As seen below, the poster is a close up of a rather evil looking visage that I can only assume is The Fallen with the slogan of "Revenge is coming." This could be fake it is still a pretty good looking image. The only complaint I have is its only something a Transformer fan would recognize as related to the movie. For anyone else it is a "what is that, a new monster movie?" poster. If its real, they need to throw the title logo on there somewhere at the very least. Hopefully the poster's authenticity will be verified (or not) by Paramount by posting an official version.
Update: It is official, with better a image.

Thanks to Dave for the heads-up.

Fan-Made Optimus Prime Posters
In another attempt to pass off fake posters as real, two posters that show Optimus Prime have hit the web. As "Josh" over at TFW2005 forums noted, the images are taken directly from Blur Studio's Transformers: The Game (video). Still they look pretty good, not bad for a screen saver or something. Thanks to Slushie Man for the link.

TF2 Teaser Poster Revisisted
The creator of the fan-made Transformers 2 teaser poster has revealed himself to be "Marobot" from the Don Murphy message boards. He says "Awe, you guys have no sense of humor XD, it was fun looking at all you guys speculating about is this poster fake or not, but as all of u already know ....both are fake and both are made by my." There you go, confirmation of what we already knew, the poster was fake. Below are both versions created by Marobot. Of the two, the second is much better. If it had been "leaked" first, I think more people would have been debating more fiercly about its legitimacy.
Thanks to Richard for the information. Click the images for larger size.
